Aha! She is a tsundere! Not for who I thought, though.
About Shino, from what I've seen she is very much like Kuro, except her whole dilemma seems much better executed (Which granted, isn't that hard to pull off). Also, it seems like it will be a tad more difficult to get a full team for the club this time around, which is more reminiscent of the main series than achiga. I believe Ritz will be using this story to polish some points she has tried to use before, but ended up kind of wonky for whatever reasons. It cannot be a coincidence Shino resembles Saki and Kuro so much. Also, today I found out shinohayu is classified as a seinen, like the original series. Will there be flaming wheelchairs here too? |

Hmm........I wonder about Shino's role in this side story. Now that it seem this side story will focus mainly on her insted of pro.
From chapter 0, even If Shino get into Hayarin team, she won't get to fight with any pro we know. Will she get her own "boss fight" with someone from other teams then?? or she'll enter individual competition and get a chance to fight with Sukoya somehow??? Since those pros will play together in semi-final match, in final match, we can assume that Hayarin's school and Sukoya school will go to final. One thing that surprise me about the first chapter is that we don't get to see grown-up Shino in the chapter.

That's exactly what I was thinking! There's already a lot more focus on *main* (cough cough) character development this time around, which I'm glad for |

@mhazaru Also, there's no need to focus on a certain pink bimbo, or make THE ENTIRE PLOT revolve around her. |

Hikaru Genji left a lasting legacy, for sure. Start them young!
Kanna wants to defeat Hayarin (4th grade). Can't wait to see what happens when they finally end up in the same team for their high school nationals.

We still don't know Shino's power level yet. Shino may decide not to turn pro when she grow up (that's why we don't see her yet in present). It is possible that Shino maybe a great demon who prefer to hidden in the shadow of society.
I think Sukoya's [undefeated record] is the records from the official competition only. No one will record the game result in clubroom, house, etc. Therefore, it is possible that Kokaji Sukoya may get defeated by "someone" outside the official competition but public doesn't know about it. After what happened to Shiratodai in Achiga, I think everything can happen now. I'm calling it!
