I don't think she's ever been "disowned". She just transferred schools. As Maho puts it, she ran away, as she didn't want anything to do with Senshado.

As far as I know, no one has told her she has been disowned. The manga suggests that she could be disowned, but no word on if she ever really was disowned.

Because aside from the practise fight with St. Glorianna, Miho hasn't last a match this year. And to be honest, there was little hope for her to win with what she had left. And what she did do impressed her oppenent greatly.

So, according to For the Record:

SerB (one of the developers for World of Tanks) has seen Girls und Panzer, according to SerB the tanks in the series are historically very correct

The Super Pershing nerf report has been battered back and forth a few times, alternating between "It'll be nerfed like you see in the 8.6 test" and "It would be rude to nerf it."

And if WoT can have tanks that are grossly out of proportion with their real-life counterparts, GuP can have Matildas chasing down anything faster than the Type 89.

And yes, Anchovy gets shorted in this one also. That tiny picture of her on the credits page is it. None of the Italian tanks gets page space.
