The other woman Momonga should fight in vol2 is "ivileye" (her name according to jap Wikipedia). I think she slaughters the party Momo is travelling with, but apart from that I don't really know anything more detailed.

Funny how the wiki translates the name as that.

Nope. I don't think its ivileye(and the name is really with "i"). I translated the text and I really think we are having a misunderstanding here.

That appears to be Clementine (クレマンティーヌ ; Kuremantinu)
The bald guy next to her is Kajitt-Dale Badantel (?) (カジット・デイル・バダンテール; Kajitto-Dale Badanteru)

From what I understand, they belong to an organisation called Zuranon. Both are listed as executives/"one of the twelve disciples". Dale appears to be interested in creating his "own" brand of magic (aka Necromancy?) and Clementine... just wants to kill I think.
Tbh, I have no clue what motivates her...

Ibiruai (aka "ivileye") is a masked "person" who appears in a later volume. I think some spoilers about him were already posted in the thread, so I won't repeat that stuff.
Once we formally introduce him I think we should use Ibiruai (Or Ivilai? No, Ivilay?) as his/her name. But that's a discussion for another time...

And its true... the jap wikipedia calls him/her イビルアイ（ivileye）.

The bald dude wanted to use an artifact to cast a spell to turn the town into a literal necropolis and launch attacks against the living/those that pissed him off. However, the problem was the artifact turned anybody that wielded it insane (Either that or/and had a really high requirement to wield it. Can't really remember right now).

Interestingly enough, one of the people in Ainz's party, the alchemist's son, had a 1/10,000 ability of being able to use any magical artifacts regardless of any equip restrictions (which was why Ainz considered immediately killing him once he found that out, although he didn't know if the kid would actually be able to handle artifacts like his staff despite of his ability to use any artifacts).

So, big bad kidnaps the kid and Ainz goes after big bad. Cue major curb-stomping.

She got too confident over dodging Momonga's blows "You have immense power and speed but your sword skill is like that of a rookie's" and then Momonga went "ehh, screw it" and then cast a paralysis spell on her (I think, it's been a long time since I read Vol 2). He then reveals his true form which stuns her and then he squeezes her to death (bear-hug style).

He ignores them. Later on, their corpses disappear and aren't mentioned again.
Maybe their organisation retrieved the corpses and they'll pop up another time, but you'd have to read the WN to know more about that I think.

At the very least they don't seem to be mentioned in any of the released LN volumes so far.

About Ivileye:
I assume that's phonetic writing, so people know how to speak out the names. There are quite a few names listed like that, like "Pandorazu actor (pandora's actor)", "Kokyutosu (cocytus)" or "Soryushan epsilon (solution · ε)"

Unlikely... following that logic, there had to be another player (or players) who taught the NPCs every spell they know (including the Tier10 Spells they apparently cant use but still know about) and every swordskill they use nowadays.

I thinks its safer to assume Momonga is the only Player present until explicitely stated otherwise.

The whole tomb of Ainz was randomly transported in the new world...if it happened to other present players and they were scattered around time it could be...
Maybe Momonga will encounter a player who was throwed in the future.
The fact Momonga haven't encountered other players would be explained by the fact their avatar had a normal lifespan and they died of natural causes or disease or they decided to make the world their enemy and were killed.
Some could have decided to help the world teaching yggdrasil stuff.

An interesting tidbit would be that there were apparently 13 legendary heroes (of Legendary Legends). None of them are still alive it seems, and the leader (?) of the adventurergroup Momonga accompanies in vol2 was looking for one of the (13?) swords wielded by the (latest?) hero called "Dark Knight".
All of these heroes were really strong, similar to Momonga, so might be possible they were players.

But after looking at the japanese Wikipedia for Overlord?

Except for Momonga, no other Players are listed over there. Not a single one.
Not even in passing or as a rumor...
We get random people who die the sentence they were introduced (Bandits trying to rob Sebastian+Maids), we get (multiple bands of) adventurers, we get high and low ranking peoples from the 3 "big" nations surrounding Nazarick, we get a tribe of Lizardman, we get people that only exist in the LN (or WN), we get evil organisations, we get a few people from other, minor kingdoms. There's even a person from a country that no longer exists.^^
(And that person was apparently strong enough to wipe out another country despite being a NPC)

But nowhere did they mention a player from Ygdgrasil. I wasn't able to find an entry for Overlord 2, and its also possible that the LN will change the story in vol 8+.
But right now, there are 7 japanese LN volumes released, and the japanese wikipedia is up-to-date enough to list the names of characters that are introduced in vol7.
But nowhere do they mention that another player except for Momonga made the "jump".

Of course this is just my personal opinion. I dont want to claim my opinion is 100% right and that there's no way I'm mistaken about something.
Its just that after reading the stuff I did, I'm 95% sure that there are no other players that appear in Overlord I.

Hello~ I had a question about a certain few lines that were in chapter 3, but first of all I wanted to thank the translators, editors and proofreaders, thanks for all your hard work and I look forward to future translations! Especially when, or rather, IF, skythewood joins the translation team, it'd make me really happy since I started following his translations from Log Horizon. Anyways, the question I had was concerning these lines as I didn't really understand what they meant, if you could help clarify I'd appreciate it! and I just realized I can't seem to copy and paste from the google doc.. anyways, it's the part at the beginning of chapter 3 when Momonga is playing with a sword and he drops it? Or it auto-drops? It isn't quite clear so I'm wondering if it's like Tate Yuusha where some game elements still apply in this world where he can't equip a sword because of class restrictions, or he dropped it because he was surprised that he was able to wield it?

Reading through it again it does seem like the restrictions still apply in the new world he's in, I guess the confusion comes from seeing a chapter picture of Momonga wielding some big-ass sword as Black Knight, so if it's something he figures out later than if you can just confirm he can't use sword for now than I'll wait till the actual translation comes out to learn more, thanks~
