The Gundam Rasiel is not related to Fereshte: at the time, Fereshte didn't even exist yet. It's simply a 3rd Generation Gundam that shared a GN Drive with the O Gundam (when the Rasiel uses the O Gundam's drive, the latter uses someone else's GN Drive).

And the only similarity between the Rasiel and the 00 Gundam is the fact that both have shoulder-mounted verniers, but no the Rasiel did not have anything resembling the Twin Drive System at all.

So, was the Rasiel the first of the 3rd-gen suits to be built - as a kind of halfway-house between the Astraea's group and Exia's - or was its development at the same time as Exia's?

They are probably built at the same time, but Rasiel definitely was used in action before the other third gens. Afterall, its pilot's main duty was to scout for Gundam Meisters

Is a experimental GN mobile suit created by Celestial Being. It's a mobile suit featured on Gundam 00P with it's own story. This mobile suit was a bridge experiment platform with GN Sefer to perfect development of GN Arms and 0 Riser. When combined with GN Sefer, they become Sefer Rasiel. [Gundam wikki]

But is there a YIS date for the Rasiel?

Also, where on the Plutone is the core fighter? I can't quite tell from the line art..

The Plutone Core Fighter is on the chest, just like any other Gundam core fighter.

Spoiler for Plutone:

See the cavity on the chest? That's where the Core Fighter's supposed to be. The transformation and docking for the Plutone Core Fighter is quite similar to the GP01 series.

um, where did the GN drive core fighter go?

& how the heck did the GN field managed to activate even with out the core fighter?

yeah, i know the ptolemaios's can activate its GN field with out a GN Drive unit & using only stored particles,

but still it looks weird......

If you're referring to the posted image, the Plutone is in a hangar for testing of its various systems, hence why it's missing the core fighter and GN Drive. It's being powered by the GN Power Lines (clearly labelled) attached to it.

errr... oh, ok now i understand, its actually a test procedure & its powered through the GN cables

& the unit is actually being controlled from outside of the suit instead of being inside the cockpit right?,

now i always wondered what if the gundams looked like if they only use one GN Drive & use only GN cables ~ala~ Evangelion units to share the particles to each unit, instead of the plug & play concept of the show.....

It's going to be incredibly hard to share particles that way.......they run out too quickly for just one Drive to handle all operations of CB.That's the only way to create them.

Even then, using real cables for real combat battles is going to be incredbly hard.

But it has been awhile since I've seen Evangelion.

So.......more details on Celestial Being's organisation? That's like the thing I've been waiting for since episode 16 of S1(And did not get much in S2).............cannot wait to hear the details.

They're already listed as "GN Beam Saber x 2"
