Ironically, it probably would have done much better in the states than First Gundam did, and Gundam might still be popular in the US.

I think that was episode 3, where Soma is thinking to herself on how her QBW have no effect on him. Which leads to a flashback of him being pulled out of Kyrios and being put in some medical tube.

Huh, well that's a new one. I always thought it was mobile suits being on some MS sized life boat, kinda like how real life troops storm beaches.
