@ Senpai - Going to start my re-write of Shadow soon New character first:
The Professor - A genius in the field of IS research, the professor is known throughout the world as one of the best minds when it comes to the IS. Doubly so since he's a male. Outside of that, however, is his true personality: A bratty, petulant manchild who believes everyone is his guinea pig and that everything is a means to an end. Still claims that his revolutionary pilot suit, also known as the Skull suit, would have revolutionized how pilots could use the IS and gets touchy whenevr someone mentions it was stolen, or worse, that the suit was too imperfect to use.

Nope, he doesn't care about who's the best or being the best, only that he gets to experiment and get results. His first scene in the revamped intro is raging when he sees Irish using the suit in a security feed because he can't get any data from a non-pilot.

Ugh, this question again
It was true that logically 'punishing' a failed member is acceptable, to what extent is decided FIRST. For example (I give extreme example because you did), in W40K the commissar can shoot a running soldier without any concern, because that's the rules. If a commander do that now, he's begging for court martial. In this scenario, the stabby-stabby seems unexpected at all, but then again, it's a ragtag bunch of misfit, in a crapsack world where they are alone.

Speaking in terms of normal people. It's priority, greater good versus personal reasoning. If he's utterly a good guy, he'd stab the dude but just enough to stop him, not quite kill unless necessary. but he'd feel like an utter ass about it. If he's chaotic neutral... he wouldn't really care so long as he feels he did good.
So the weapon mounts can be legal? The claws and the rifle I mean. I think the upper armor other than the gauntlets would be stripped just to fit the weapons. |

^ Have it as optional parts or something
Because the purpose of Training Machine is self explanatory, made as simple as possible. My Fanon allow machine customization, with the condition that you have to return it to normal setting after use. Resetting is Easy, customization however IS a PITA.

I was thinking of a weapon... well not really a weapon
It's basically a metal halo that normally floats behind the IS. It generates a field inside it that repels away particles of varying charges as determinable by the pilot/user. This allows it to be used as a shield, a sail/accelerator by repelling air, even as a springboard by repelling another unit. |

Is it possible for Ichika to win at all? If he does something by accident, he gets smacked. If he shows interest in a girl, he gets smacked. If he shows interest in a girl that's not the one currently with him, he gets smacked.
So basically: He doesn't choose and he's screwed, but if he chooses he's screwed. How can there be an ending?

@ Demi
Yes, this one. @ Eras Make his word clear, complain as loud as he can, use his superior strength, and talent (because duh, he has no Rep training and yet). Nobody else win, he did. Note that he always hesitant about choosing/answering/complaining, and when he didn't, someone will listen. It's like the protagonist in the new novel you posted.
