Tbh, sometimes I wish she was given this appearance and a personality that fits it. Or maybe an obsessive yandere personality. After all, Touma still needs a yandere in his harem. I think she would be an even more likable character if she were like this.

Yandere? A yandere can never beat a good tsundere, let alone a top tier S ranked tsundere like Mikoto... But a Kuudere on the other hand? A normal kuudere can give any tsundere a run for her money- All you have to do is merge her personality with Pendex and you're good to go... Imouto 10032 is pretty much non-existent anyway.

But none of this will happen because Index is Kamachi's ideal wife lover- why would he change her and risk a bunch of perverts drooling over her? That's what Mikoto and Kanzaki are for

A kuudere is also referred to as a "cool beauty" as in they always look calm and don't show any emotions externally. If that is still not clear enough, just think of Misaka clone 10032 or Eucliwood Hellscythe from Kore Wa Zombie Desu Ka?. Kanzaki is the opposite of a kuudere.

@Chaos2Frozen actually Kamachi would rather have her as lover not a wife. He chose Orsola as his wife ideal. And I think Index looks better in the image above.

I'm not exactly a frills guy, but I think frills should be used based on the appearance of the girl. Also you forgot about the hair and the face(or expression). I honestly think Index looks cuter in that pic.

Not really- if it's about her hair and face I would prefer the peaceful calm smiling look that the normal Index have over a ear-to-ear grin.

But hey, it's a personal taste thing...

Also, the only thing that can come close to Causal-Index... is KIMONO-INDEX!
