Code Geass - Requests for new threads

In the generic discussion (and maybe a coupla other) threads the talk about whether CG could or should have at least a 3rd season has been going on. So I'm wondering if we can commission something akin to the following poll:

If the creators of Code Geass were to do an R3, what ought to be its focus?

• A sequel to the events of R2
• A prequel to the original season
• The gap year between seasons 1 and 2
• An alternate reality to seasons 1 or 2
• The original R2 (pre-time slot change)
• Nightmare of Nunnally
• Suzaku of the Counterattack
• Other - Please specify in comments!
• None - CG is finished with Lelouch's death
• Not sure

I'm sure this will be a stimulating topic if someone decides that it's worth a new thread....

If we had any official word whatsoever hinting that they were even thinking about creating an R3.

The focus of the poll is more along the lines of what people want to see, not whether it will actually happen - hence the if.

Although I get the nagging feeling I'm going to get rejected here , since a thread already exists for the Code Geass Lost Colors game, I think I'll try asking anyway. Never know until you try, right?

Anyway, I want to create a thread where people could talk and ask about the online English translation of Lost Colors that I've recently started running on my website, http://code-geass-lost-colors-translation.yolasite.com/. It would make things much easier if there was a place where people could specifically talk about what's going on in the translation and to get people aware of it and giving them the option of joining in on the project. Of course, people could also add their own translations and maybe help each other in making a better and more complete English guide to this game.

That's about it. Please consider my request. (Man, the suspense and tension is killing me already!)

With that I'd like to add the fact that in the Clannad section we have 2 topics as well : Clannad Game Translation Project, Clannad Game Discussion
I vote yes for such a topic but it will certainly have to made clear that discussion about the game goes in one and questions or comments on the translations in the other

I would certainly be willing to make it clear that the new thread would be just for discussing the translations and any game discussion would have to be in the current Lost Colors thread. I don't think that would be a problem at all.

as long as there are no major details then making a thread is useless as the only things people will say is
"OMG Lulu's alive, I knew it!" and useless discussion and ranting of the topic

The news is a first promo, it is still open for all details
Could be an R3, could be a NoN adaption in anime or heck even the OVA releases we were all wondering about

Right now all discussion still goes into the Generic topic as there is no other news next to that picture with rumor-ish texts
As long as I know promo work in this business, specially with big shows, they get everyone hyped up about nothing. Yes it is something but the picture does not specifically say anything in detail about what will happen, we know something will happen but not what
and as long as that what is not said then a topic about it would only contain rumors based on a hype making promo and will cause nothing more but an uproar of fangirls/boys gone wild. Though I am not a mod, I'm sure he'll understand what I mean

Rai character discussion thread.

While he is officially a 'spinoff' there has been instances a spinoff character has been made a discussion for themselves regardless.

Translation Project is for translation. Lost Colors is for the game in general. Rai is a character. This will probably be rejected, but might as well try.

There is a lot of possible discussion for Rai, and I mean as a character in his own 'world' (Lost Colors._ There is also the discussion of 'what ifs' that tend to happen that involve Rai. It would be more organized, imho. But I've been wrong before.

Maybe he is too weak of a character to pay attention to? Wouldn't know. Y'all decide. I'm just throwing it out there.

I wouldn't mind seeing a Lost Colors R2. Wonder what ripples Rai's presence would cause in the second season of the Geass verse. Maybe a full Chinese Federation route??

I'm also wondering who would be suitable to voice him if he actually does get a seiyuu. Toshihiko Seki? Mazakazu Morita?
