i have some questions:

- is juumonji's position as club leader comparable to mayumi's student president/ mari's public chef or lower rank?
- is Mari coming from a prestigious family (she seems out of place compare to mayumi and juumonji)
- as for chapter 1 vol 3, when miyuki makes typos, is she irritated because azusa getting close to tatsuya or is she worry about him being exposed as silver taurus?

1. In a word, yes. Consider First High's student government to be separated into three major entities: the Student Council, the Public Moral Committee, and the Club Management Group. Each of the big 3 manage one of these organizations.

2. Mari does not come from a prestigious family. However, what she lacks in lineage, she more than makes up for in talent. It is stated early on and quite frequently that she is considered to be the most terrifying combatant among all the Course 1 students at First High. Hattori ducked out of challenging her to a duel for a reason.

3. My interpretation of Miyuki's reaction to Azusa's questions on Taurus Silver is that she is extremely excited/proud that someone is recognizing what an awesome guy her precious Onii-sama is. Note her reaction at the end of that segment, where the text reveals that she was fairly bursting with pride and joy that someone esteemed Taurus Silver so highly. Miyuki tries to tell Tatsuya that it is OK for him to proud of his (many) accomplishments, to somewhat limited success. Therefore, she is exceptionally pleased when someone else corroborates her beliefs by also informing that Tatsuya that, yes, Tatsuya, you are a badass.

Between Chinese Army and Yotsuba Clan, who should be the ones the MC need to eliminate?

Chinese Army might not be bad people, it's just that they're enemy.

Yotsuba Clan though...

Totally forgot! He better does it! it'd be unfair for the Chinese if Yotsuba Clan wasn't eliminated. I'd wish the clan were all eliminated by the third power though, like the certain something they capture and try to experiment on in web novel 6.

At this stage in the ballgame, it seems unlikely that Tatsuya will do so.

Given that the Chinese Army just lost their War Magician to Tatsuya, albeit they don't know that, the Chinese Army will likely try to consolidate their suddenly tenuous holding. Remember, the presence of a verified War Magician in their ranks is like having a nuclear deterrent. Losing that deterrent would be catastrophic for their national security and international standing.

Second, regarding the Yotsuba Clan, there's no current motivation for Tatsuya to throw down against them any time soon. His first and only priority is Miyuki's well being, and that's not likely to change any time soon. On the other hand, if Miyuki ordered him to crush the Yotsuba Clan into fine dust, then they're screwed. And Miyuki is quite peeved at how the Yotsuba Clan has always treated her brother. We'll just have to wait and see.

No motivation?!? He has every motivation. Its more than implied that the only reason he holds back is because of Miyuki and a lack of information. He can't feel emotions strongly, but that doesn't mean he has none. He flat out says he hates them multiple times. He also doesn't know all the players in the Yotsuba. So he is accumulating information on the side before he gets even.

I'm fairly certain that Tatsuya never says that "flat out". This is Tatsuya we're talking about here, he can't hate them. He is interested in getting off his leash, but that goal is subservient to his service to Miyuki.

After the incident with their father I am wondering, what kind of a father is he? And I don't mean that in a flat-out derogatory way but just wondering since that small conversation didn't do much to help me figure him out even a little

You pretty much already learnt all there is to him. He is distant at best to the siblings, and as far as Tatsuya is concerned he is somehow jealous and in contempt of him at the same time. A classic inferiority complex. Not a nice guy.
