Just read the last chapter (late to the party I know) and I have a couple of questions, sorry if they are silly or two obvious:

Spoiler for Might still be some people who haven't read the chapter:

-Who is the Shizuma kid again? I thought the Adam clones were made entirely from a scratch using parts of the Second Christ. And what's the deal with his scar?

-If Blade is one of the clones, why he in particular is tied to Shizuma?

-Let's see if I got this right: Karin was dying from a disease of the brain, then they used Kasumi's to save her. After that she met Shizuma and then started being experimented to turn Karin into Eve (being cloned as well, giving birth to Riru). Then Gido tried to take back Kasumi's part of the brain, he failed, Blade gave up doppleganger, in the end Eve gave it back so he had to fuse with Blade to live on. Is this correct?

-Given that Sixth Wave affects the brain and soul, Blade being fused with Eve and having her soul inside as well allowed to break the effect and destroy Saten?

-Blade and Eve appeared in the memory world as a last task by using the power of god before it fade away, taking advantage of being omnipotent?

You could say he is the originator of all the Adam clones since all the clones bear his DNA. Adam A and Adam B can contest to that. About the scar, interesting fact, is that it's in the same place the Second Christ's corpse had. From here on, it's all speculation. You could say he is the Second Christ, but the timing doesn't match up, because this is supposedly after his demise. Another is an idea the Black Spot doujin used between Cain and his sister Abel where scientist cut their heads of and reattached them to each other's bodies, leaving each of them with that neck scar. The same could explain Shizuma's scar, but whose body he had when going to the Adam project is anyone's guess.

The manga didn't say the Adam project used parts from the Second Christ, just parts from different people.

Not sure how to answer this, but I would say because he is a clone of Shizuma. All clones should have his DNA.

Basically, yes, but Karin's disease wasn't specified, so there's no telling what it was, but it was clear she wasn't going to live long. Also, Blade and Eve fused because Doppleganger originally belonged to him. The fusion was a more natural occurrence rather than being anyone's will in the matter. Doppleganger returned to Blade, Eve was linked with Doppleganger, and in turn, Blade and Eve fused into one as a result of merging two existences in the process creating Adam N. Blade's personality is dominate while Eve is dormant within him and can still talk to him.

Riru is a mystery, but she was supposedly created before Eve was.

I'm not sure. For some reason, it didn't work. I don't know if Blade and Eve being joined was the reason.

Well, they helped him to save Eve, because if he (at the time) didn't open a path, they never would have gotten the medical equipment for the surgery. You can really take it as they helped him for Eve's sake than Cruz's.

It's a safe assumption that there are only two Eves counting Riru, but there could be more. I mean we didn't know Riru was one until near the end, and she was put into stasis to be forever asleep I suppose. Though, in hindsight, we really should have connected the dots sooner.

Yes, Adam A and B are Arclight and Blade respectfully. They were the only exceptions to have letters considering the Adam project didn't have permission to continue the experiment until later. Then, the numbers 78 and 79 were put on Arclight's and Blade's chokers respectfully, as they were the 78th and 79th clones.

Honestly, I just chocked it up to Shonen willpower despite this being Seinen, regarding the failed Sixth Wave.

From this, he, young Blade and Saten were able to make it to Strom's base and get the device they needed for Eve's surgery. Haven't seen much in the way of news about it or anything, but I am expecting a number of redraws and bonus material to make it all worthwhile. I'm also hoping there'll be some information on Needless 2 or anything else Imai Kami is doing as well.
