Haruka or Mitsuki? Why?

Now I know from another thread what you meant and I answered to that.
Other thing: Haruka's young and the incident made her stronger. Probably she'll come to love another (and better) guy. And if not than I was wrong that hse's stronger.(Not being able to everrelease your former crush who became your lover for a month is somewhat funny and perhaps weak.)

Yeah, that's a point, but we'll never find out who.

We analyze the girls a lot but when you think about it, Takayuki isn't much of a prize
But when it comes down to it I think of relationships with development being better (over spontaneous love kind), Mitsuki was best friends with him and knew him better.

I find most people terribly judgmental towards Takayuki. I mean, the guy went through a very serious case of post traumatic disorder - but he was always a very nice, understanding and caring person.
Whenever he managed to come out of his funk, he should be able make any girl very happy - which is just what I hope happened with Mitsuki, after all that.

Pretty hard to choose. Mitsuki is weak-willed and kinda emotionally unstable...she loved Takayuki alot and sacrificed alot for him but she also slept with his best friend. Haruka is strong-willed and loved Takayuki alot as well. I can't find any flaws in her except the fact that she and Takayuki spent 3 years apart and she has been through alot just like Mitsuki. For some reason in my heart though I still prefer Mitsuki even though she did what she did, she seems more mature(at times).

Still, he was the whole darn reason why Mitsuki slept with him. You know, if he at least showed Haruka's folks that he is capable of taking care of himself, I'm sure they won't mind him visiting their girl in the hospital every day. As he changes the flowers in the ward, he fills Haruka in on his day, and how when she wakes up, she'll fit in.

With Shinji at her emotional deeppoint. He has a crush on her since a long time. And Mitsuki forced it...she was drunk and deep with sorrow. I'm still wondering if Shinji's at fault for it or not.
Anyways Bakayuki's kindness and ignorance caused quite a lot grief to Mitsuki...So you have the point somewhat. He's more emotional than half of the female population

I'm sorry, yezhanquan, I still don't see your point. Of course Takayuki is the whole reason Mitsuki slept with him, Takayuki. That much is a given.

Now, if you're talking about her tryst with Shinji, that's a shared responsibility - as no one forced her to sleep with the poor sap. She was mentally unstable and looking for a way out from her staled relationship, but it was still her own doing. And the dude must have known she was going through hell, but still he went along with it - so, if there's someone to blame for this, it should be Shinji. But even then, the guy had attenuating circumstances, as he was into her from the beginning of the series.

Oh? You're right. She slept with him to prove to him he's still valuable. Takayuki was THAT Emo over something he's barely responsible.

Exactly. It was because he became such a wreck that Haruka's folks stopped his visits.

You're absolutely right, in both this and Mitsuki's reasoning for sleeping with him the first time. She just felt so much for him, that she saw that as the only way she could enunciate how much he meant to her.

On that note, we agree completely.

He actually needed someone to give him a nice hard slap to the face. Tell him that all hope was not lost, she was still alive and having faith was the best thing for him to do in that situation considering being depressed would not change anything. Simple as that.
