they also cut really a lot of things but again most are just "for fun" or extra info dump nothing really important, it's really looks like they are trying to adaptate al the way to the final battle with the demon lord, they are really speeding up things.
I wouldn't be surprised if they were just saving him laying on the verbal abuse for next week. Just end the episode on a dramatic cliffhanger and then open up with Seiya throwing out the insults. Maybe even dumping holy water on her on the presumption that he's still got some .

The only thing to debate is what kind of broken state he's going to reduce her to. Terrified of him? In love with him? Or maybe turn her into some super restrained holy person that wouldn't dream of threatening another person again?

Nice updated Opening with the Goddesses dancing touched up and more characters being feature during the scene with Seiya's sword .

A part of me wonders whether Seiya reducing Mash and Elulu to "baggage" is in part just an excuse to keep them around and out of danger while Seiya takes care of everything. Or it could be he's just that pragmatic and basically sees them as little more then luggage .

Cerceus is still traumatized from his "training" with Seiya, but it's good that meeting Mash gave him something that he could actually handle .

Valkyrie definitely looks like the kind of Goddess you don't want to mess with, even while her outfit leaves very little to the imagination. She also seems to enjoy sexually harassing her fellow Goddesses. Poor Ari .

I don't doubt that Ari is truly nice and generous, but just looking at how she talks to Seiya shows that there's more to her chipping in to help him then just contributing to Seiya and Ristarte's quest .

I wonder if there's anyone or anything Seiya puts 100% of his faith in, because it certainly isn't his companions .

Why couldn't we spend more time with Hestiaca? That serene personality, that gorgeous body, that luxurious red hair! What a Goddess .

Seiya once again has another Goddess falling for him, enough to clean herself up from her creepy and off-putting self to a more natural and cute beauty, although his spurning her advances turned her into a rampaging Yandere .

Seiya. Master of the kill-steal. It's a pretty useful skill but also makes his companions feel even more useless .

Poor Ristarte. Seiya planned for her trying to figure out his exact level again .

I wonder if Elulu not being adept at magic is because she wasn't ultimately intended to be an adventurer, but a weapon ?

one thing which i feel is really interesting in this serie is the fact which unlike 99,9999999999..% of the isekais, seiya is not "trapped" in the "another world" and his main base of operations is not the fantasy world but the "gods realms, he can go and come back whenever he want and need and he use it a lot prefering stay more time inside the "gods realm" than the "fantasy world, he only go to the fantasy world when it's needed otherwise he expend most of his time in the god realms.

Yeah, I feel that the dragon village will be a pile of rubble pretty soon. He's going to start off by turning the queen into the weapon instead, I bet. The queen has higher stats, so she'll probably make a better weapon. Then the villagers are going to attack him, and he will be "required" to defend himself at that point. Well, the phoenix fire bird will take care of pretty much the whole village.

Oh, and from the intro, it looks like only 2 of the Demon Lord's generals have been killed so far, with 2 to go.

Well, Valkyrie falling to Seiya is a matter of time at this point. This episode actually felt better than the previous episodes, and I liked the gags.

And here, the author correctly employs a simple technique for adding abilities to the main character without making it look like an butt-pull - adding the abilities or their concrete precursors in a clearly non-critical situation. Then when Seiya pulls off something evolutionary, the tactic will actually look well thought-out, consistent, and worthy of a cautious hero constantly working to improve his cards, not a butt pull.

The balance between foreshadowing and retaining a suitable degree of surprise is a fine one, an art that separates the good author from the also-wrotes.

But IMO, if it is between the two, I prefer stories to err towards at least doing some concrete substantiation. Any surprise effect at the very best works only once. The good feeling from reading a well-crafted progression lasts through multiple re-reads/re-watches

Something tells me Seiya's going to say "screw that" to the idea of making Elulu give up her life to become a weapon. For one thing, pretty sure he's already strong enough that it wouldn't matter. For another, I doubt he'd trust a weapon made through human sacrifice, or one born from someone weaker than him. And of course he's not heartless and I'm pretty sure he'd never let someone "die" (if that's what's entailed" if he could get around it.

Still trying to figure out Adenela. I'm guessing she's a masochist that gets off on insults? That's the only angle I see Seiya unintentionally utilizing to make her fall for him.

Makes sense, although I feel that the last exchange with the cake had something more behind it. Wow, my way of thinking is pretty corrupted if that's the only answer I could come up with D0=...

On some side note, I wonder if he already had the capacity to fight the exhibitionist(her name escapes me). This IS supposed to be the cautious hero and all, I wouldnt' think he would pick a fight unless he was 100% confident he could win, else it goes against his char.

You know... Should he get Elulu as a sword... which is unlikely... he could just mix it with some of Ristarte's hair (or he could be smart and take some of Valkyre's hair instead)

Sort of figured they wouldn't go that route. I know of a few authors/writers who'd do that (there's even a series where the hero has to sacrifice those closest to him over and over throughout the series), but this didn't seem like that sort of trash. A part of me was hoping for some sort of "test" type thing. I mean, it's a little unrealistic to actually think that a person capable of making it to the demon king would permit a dear companion to be sacrificed like that, so even if it's cheesy a test of will and/or power through a demand of sacrifice seemed at least on par with what actually happened.

Either way, I was shipping those two from the start so no surprise there. Though, since they were both "born" through the same mysterious intervention, I sort of wondered whether they might be siblings. Given the nature of the birth I imagine it doesn't really matter.

Whatever the case, I hope we eventually do see the goddess develop a bald spot. Though I sort of wondered if he really needs long, smooth hair from the scalp. The human body is covered with hair, though most of it is short.

When he was mentioning about the hair and then the camera went to her crotch....

I was starting to suspect it was pubic hair....

It was nice to see a somewhat different side of Seiya. I like him even more after this episode.
Saving the world is important but not by sacrificing his precious baggage carrier

Rista's hair too OP pls nerf
I can see it, the Demon Lord will finally be defeated at the cost of all of her hair.

hmm they really are rushing things, it's not like the episode not was good but again a lot of "good info dump" was cut specially the 2 carriers true background.

Spoiler for Comparation between novel and anime:

What most surprised me here is that the dragon village wasn't reduced to rubble. That they got out of this with only their leader dying is actually rather impressive . Seiya showed remarkable restraint for himself. He didn't even kill the kids that tried to poison him.

This was a great episode though for Seiya. Even though he was quiet for much of it, when he stepped up it was impressive. He knows this wasn't the perfect of perfect results. He couldn't create the legendary sword that is claimed to be needed. But he still chose to protect the life of a companion over all else.

His words are painful, but emotions behind them can still be felt. If he just thought of Mash and Elulu as bag carriers I don't think he'd go that far. Pretty sure he could just make Rista do that job or find replacements. He does only really need them to carry his bags, but they are companions that he'll protect to his utmost. And while he's the kind of person that will rip out as much of Rista's hair as he needs...he still admits that she's one of the few people he really trusts. He'll eat the food she provides and that's about it.

Nice episode and lol, baba lizard censorship. Elulu is cute in her dress and Mash and her looks nice but man, it feels that every villain here are also cautious and doesn't play the normal 2bit or 3rd class villains. They are all cautious and play dirty which is nice because it gave more credit to them being villains and make things harder for the MC. its just to happen that Seiya is alot more cautious than them but I bet that if the MC is not as cautious as Seiya, they would probably die in the first village with Machina appearing. It wasn't pointed out much but the villains didn't play fair in my opinion. other harem/dumb/idiot/generic protag would probably won't win against them unless the author had gone supersh*tshounen power ups in the middle of the battle which is really irritating to me. Plot armor in the middle of the battle is something I didn't like at all.
