EDIT: Must be easy for Izuru to simply copy the harem antics, put tournament, put interruption. Rinse and repeat.

THat would actually resemble a plot, but this is Izuru we are talking about, he is not THAT intelligent.

Chifuyu is one of those people that, if she actively fight, it will BREAKS the setting and ignite Dragonball level powerup. Like Kenshin's master in Samurai X
