If I recall right her normal eyes are almost that color if not that color itself.

But Mana's normal eye color is a reddish-brown color in the anime. If you're going by redjuice's art of her, then her eyes are gold-ish. Her eyes are never blue in any instance I've seen of her. In fact, the only major characters in Guilty Crown who have blue eyes are Gai and Darryl.

I know I like Inori, but not for her personality (or lack thereof), that's for sure.

Unless we wanna consider the whole "I'm all yours. So, please do it with use me!" affair as a huge personality trait.

I like her for being loyal and caring in her own way. In addition to being quite pretty and having an powerful void that allows Shu to display his maximum potential.
