As a teenager or an adult, how often do you feel insecure and any experiences about it?

hmmm....well

I used to be pretty freakin fat (scroll over to ''photos'' if u want to see me now) and it made me feel reeeaaaalllly insecure about myself......so, i changed that

AND

When I was living in Japan, I only knew a bit of Japanese at the time, and even though I was studying practically every day, i still didn't feel like i was progressing.....and when i saw japanese people talk among themselves, i would feel pretty insecure......but, i changed that too

Can't really think of anything...but this could be because I feel insecure about admitting my insecurities.
