The rest of the episode titles have been released:

Spoiler for episode 10-12 titles:
I'm glad the story I was curious about is going to be adapted, and it'll be the last episode at that! This is making me tentatively raise my expectations.

More details at the official website, but be wary of light spoilers.

I find it funny at how they compare the D-Agency and the Wind Agency.

Hmm, I think this week's episode was alright. First half bored me a little but I like the mind games coming from Yuki with his intimidating words. To me, Yuki is like the chessmaster, the type of guy that stays ahead of the game. It's hard to take eyes off of him literally.

So the game ends with D-Agency's total victory. I say that but in reality the farts just shot themselves, one quite literally.

So the Wind Agency ended up being a complete joke. Yuki showed that those guys had no idea what they were doing and won the game flawlessly.

On one hand I'm glad Yuki's still got it, but on the other I'm disappointed the D-Agency didn't get much of a challenge. Anyways, I doubt this is the last we'll see of command.

I don't get it.

Is it true that Imperialist Army really had a bunch of nonsense called the Grand Strategy?

That was a bit...underwhelming. I would've liked to see both agencies go head to head and actually successfully foil each other and force the other to adapt so they both keep up with each other ala Death Note (Light vs L), but that would probably warrant more episodes for what I'm asking for.

And it would also demand that the Wind Agency be more competent than their stupid army code made them to be.

I mainly meant that I thought Yuuki's diss at the end was particularly scathing.

If I were going to nitpick, the episode suffers from the same flaw the entire series does, and that would be its struggles with the concept of "show, don't tell". I do wish that Wind Agency was a more competent force to be reckoned with, but I don't know how they were treated in the novel compared to their depiction here (that and I understand you can only do but so much with a small episode limit).

RIP Wind Agency. They never stood a chance. D Agency didn't even need to do anything to prove their superiority.

I don't know, but I have different impression of Grand Strategy. For that I understand, those were so general strategies, that could be sum up with "water is wet".

This.

As much as I enjoyed watching Yuuki and co BTFO the Wind Agency what I was really hoping for was longer, more intense struggle with the hype they were getting. It would definitely require more episodes like magnumcyclonex noted or the Wind Agency to have appear with a stronger earlier presence then they did.

That's because the Wind Agency had lost before they even played the game.

As soon as I heard Jun Fukuyama's voice, I knew it was pretty much over for the Wind Agency.

There is still something I'm a little confused on though. Wasn't that agent from last episode who drove the passed out Jitsu in this episode implied to be a double agent working for the D-Agency against the Wind Agency? I was really surprised when Jitsu attacked him for real.

There was nothing implied. I don't get how people thought he was a D agent. The D agents may not have memorable faces, but I could easily tell this guy wasn't one of them at first glance.

On my part, I assumed he was some secret ninth member of the agency because he appears in the OP with the rest of the spies. At least, I thought that was him.

If you look at the guy who appears after Tazaki at 0:55, he looks like Gamou, and he also appears at 1:09 with the other ten members we were introduced to in the first episode (he's the rightmost character).

I guess the characters who get a close-up in the OP are just those with an episode focused on them, and only the original eight + Yuuki are real members of D Agency.

With a few exceptions, I can't tell a D agent from a background character...
