Anti War Anime titles

I just begun reading the book "All Quiet on the Western Front" and I was wondering if there are some anime with an anti war theme on it. I can only think of two titles right now "The Cockpit" from Leji Matsumoto and "Barefoot Gen"

Could someone be so kind to recomend me some anime and manga titles with this theme on mind?

Thank you!

Saikano
Simoun
Turn A Gundam
Last Exile

I think Saikano matches the requirement best from the bunch but the rest I find to be better overall and they have lots of pacifistic leanings.

There's at least one episode in Kino no Tabi that is distinctly anti-war.
I guess Kaze no Tani no Nausicaa, along with its tree-hugging theme, pushes for neighbor-hugging as well.

grave of the fireflies. I cried like a baby. Even more than when i watched saikano. And maybe saikano although thats not the focus.

I would say Gigantic Formula is anti-war, but you will have a lot of battle scenes, especially because the main characters are fighting the "wisest world war". But clearly the message is against wars.
I also second the semi-biographic movie grave of the fireflies, I don't have the courage to watch it twice.
