Her birthdate is "unknow", that's why she is listed at 16 XD while V.V. is listed at the same age as Charles.

in the 2nd ending sequence, cc is shown protecting lulu in the first picture under her wing. This is definitely a sign for LL x CC moment.

About that, someone posted earlier that you take the code by kissing (based on Charles's & C.C. from "The World of C" episode). If so, then Lelouch should've had C.C.'s code already, for they kissed twice (season 1 finale, season 2 debut)

Well, that's obviously been proven wrong through C.C. reviving after being shot in Turn 1. If her Code was already transferred, she would have been killed instantly.
