Does anyone with better knowledge know when episode counts for an anime come out? Cause all this 13 episodes/26 episode back and forth is starting to annoy me.

As much as I love Key and Horie Yui I don't think I can stand having her say "Narcolepsy" with such blandly coloured visuals for much longer. I'm still not sure if I'll pick this up straight away or wait for the end to marathon when I feel like it.
