I translated it as
However, he hasn't matured and he is not able to control his own power and speed.
While ace had it as
However, his maturing period is not long and he is not able to control his own power and speed.

I know this PROBABLY shouldn't be here, but meh, here we go:
I got my Umineko episode 2 disc in the mail, yeah?
And I put it in and run it. Everything runs fine and dandy until it gets to:
'fullscr¥ ??????????.exe -> I:¥ ____¥Umineko2¥ ?????????.exe'
(Note, there is ?s because I am using it in english am going to use the patch)
The load bar is taking AGES. And I'm not sure if that's normal or something is wrong.
Help please? o3o

I haven't played Umineko yet but I think I know where your problem comes from. The same thing happened to me when I first installed Higurashi. The thing is, even if you plan on using the english patch, you have to set your computer to japanese for the installation. Or else, it will take forever to load.

Just go in the Control Panel in the start menu, select Regional and Language Option, then set to japanese. At least I think so...

Heh, I just finished the first Episode. Phew, what a ride! Seriously, it was creepy, more than I expected it to be.

I'll play it again when we get the full patch as by reading through the baka-tsuki text you end up missing a few of the visual effects, and also I love playing with the fullscreen option on. But I couldn't wait, sorry.

The tea-parties were cute.

I can't wait to start the next episode, but this time I want to make it last. ;_;

I guess the correct would be 'Ronobe'
He's mentioned as one of the 72 Solomonic Demons and:

Well, I haven't noticed any big problems with the patch other then the stuff you guys already know. I'm going to go through and note typos/mistakes/clicks, and then I'll post them here.

Really good job on the patch you guys, I wish there was some better way I could help other then this.
