I moved (pretty much) all the posts discussing the anime design change for Sisters to its own thread, as there were actually more posts debating that then were actually talking about the rest of the episode content. So anyway, if you want to continue debating that point, please check the other thread (and do read the existing posts before repeating).

Boring for the most part. The pace was freaking slow. It was basically just Misaka hanging out around the city while some stuff happened in the background. Though the scene with all the sister's bodies was nicely executed and it ended on a cool cliffhanger.
Accelerator next week, awesome. |

I think most people are used to Index's pace. Index has a lot less time to work with for story arcs, while Railgun devotes more episodes to a single arc, and most people probably aren't used to it--I know I certainly wasn't back in season 1. I'm fine with it now, though. Action isn't everything; unlike Touma, Mikoto has a group of friends dynamic that the show needs to build on.

I don't have to always have action. Even Index had little action till the climax.
Just give me scenes with people I care about. I don't care about railgun's adventures with toddlers. Its like I'm watching one of the bad episodes of Detective Conan where its centered on those annoying 3 little kids.

Relentlessflame nuked my post and I forgot what I wrote there, so I have to post another one.
Anyway, the entire episode has a similar feel to the OVA ("Because Misaka-san is the Center of Attention"), where Mikoto encounters an urban legend care of Ruiko and although she doesn't believe it, she can't help but be worried about such things. The flow of the episode is nice, and it allows plot devices and details to be laid out without causing too much problems with pacing. I also like the new design for the Misaka clone eyes. It's a big improvement from the overly juvenile-looking character designs from the very first season of Index.

Kuroko's opening scene was funny. Obvious future arc foreshadowing is welcome. Obvious network foreshadowing is nice. Clone side of the story is nice. Now, where mah action at? Quote:
Kamijou would be sad to hear that you think he has not friends...

Touma certainly has friends, but as far as the depicted arcs are concerned, they're mostly absent--his story arcs typically only involves the girl of the week and a few others. For the most part they just stay uninvolved, unless Tsuchimikado has to deal with magic.

It was horrifying... Think if they cloned Kuroko over Misaka. |

Probably wouldn't be as bad as you think. After all, the clones have a different personality from Mikoto. In that regard, what's the likelihood of mass-produced clones of Kuroko having the same personality as Kuroko? Pretty damn low, I imagine.
