April 10th was the first day that Shidou had met Tohka and because it was the 10th it was how he had come up with her name. That is about as close to a birthday as she is going to get unless information pops up that she was originally human and she remembers when it was.

It's never stated if they have a birthday except Kotori. Even if the Spirit haven't one, Origami and Miku should still have one.

Even in the series I don't think anyone has treated that as her birthday (since the story hasn't advanced a full year). The only reason Tohka has a "birthday" is that it is literally her name. If the other spirits are given birthdays as well, it would probably be the day each of them met Shidou, like with Tohka.

Origami, Miku and Kotori are stated to originally have be human so they definitely have birthdays with Kotori's being mentioned in the story. Origami with her desire for vengeance probably wouldn't care about celebrating her birthday. Miku I imagine would be eager about it once it comes up lol.

The past of the others are shrouded in mystery at this point so it is difficult to tell if they were born human or not so birthdays are questionable.

The Yamai twins seemed to have been born or created from the previous Yamai so they likely have one whether they know what it is or not.

Who knows what Kurumi's past is. She doesn't seem to care about her past, only about changing the past, so we have no idea if she was born human or born as a spirit. Her association with Phantom makes me think she is the human variety but there isn't enough on herself to determine a birthday.

Tohka lacks any memories of her past and even had no name despite the other spirits all having one. If she didn't even know her name, she won't know if she has a birthday or even what day it is. We probably won't find anything out about that for a while so Tohka's birthday being the day she met Shidou seems natural for the time being.

who knows about Natsumi and Yoshino. natsumi is too new and Yoshino doesn't really get a lot of attention for her birthday to come up.
