After having watched Blade & Soul and the first episode of School Shock a while ago, I have faith for anime trying to adapt works from other parts of Asia to test the waters and be able to fit the Japanese animation standards even if they collaborated together a few times in the past, therefore I'll give it a watch just to see how it could work itself based on that purpose.
Here's more details behind this upcoming animated creation: Quote:

Just find out there was a pv for this anime from last month featuring the OP song:
The composer is Ryo Kawasaki (https://twitter.com/pmdjpmdj3) and it looks like it's his first time composing for anime. |

Same deal with Korean webtoons, just replace Martial Art with Street Brawl... (tho Korean webtoons have greater art quality then Chinese) That's mostly the reason why there's very little Chinese and Korean adoption into Japanese anime (and why most times there are very little to no SUB) Anime from Games is another matter, cause that isn't as restricted as webtoons are. (webtoons aims for Chinese readers, Game aims for all) ___ ___ ___ Now, for this series... well... they did change some things from the manga but kept the series of events the same. Also, to "get the jokes" in this series, you would at least need to know some basic Chinese proverbs and terms. IE: "year sword" and "tea sword", tea here means minute... pretty much no one knows until they saw TL Note on the webtoon page... This was actually a joke... but I don't see anyone laughing... The series WILL NOT explain about the proverbs and terms and automatically ASSUMES you will understand the jokes when it comes up. Because this series was AIMED for Chinese Readers, who can get the jokes. |

Although this is an unlicensed anime, I'm always a little iffy on listing subbing groups on here. You can PM me if it is that important. For now, episode 1 is on Editing and Quality Control from the group. Episode 2 still has a long ways to go.
