Spoiler for Final Chapters:

Megu reconciles with Suigintou but dies. Shinku uses the power of friendship and gathers all the Rosa Mystica, thus becoming Alice.

Shinku then wishes for the other dolls to be revived, but because of this she ends up losing even her own Rosa Mystica. The manga then ends with Jun going on a journey with the other 6 dolls (including Kirakishou) to obtain a new Rosa Mystica and reawaken Shinku.

A semi-happy ending, I guess...

There's enough material now for a new anime season... assuming there'll be one.

wait what? Shinku is asleep and we dont know if she will awake? that's what you are saying? was that the ending of the manga or just one of the chapters?
