I think that'd be the hard part. Nanoha fandom in the west seems to have painfully few translators available... at least, that's the only reason why I think it takes like a month to get a single chapter of ViVid translated

I also agree that such a casual look doesn't seem to fit Signum. She looks okay in it, but it's just so far away from her usual style that it's something of a shock.
