I have to admit, I am totally loving the new ED - a big improvement over the first one I think, it seems much more fluid.
The stained glass windows and the congregation of flowers add to the 'gospel song' feel of the whole thing. Last edited by Dop; 2010-08-12 at 07:59. Reason: youtube vid removed. |

Whether they'll keep making more DX movies on the opposite is still up in the air, but I bet they'll try considering how well DX2 did in terms of profit. Basically, series movie in the late fall/early winter, every year. The only exception so far has been the very first Pretty Cure Movie, Pretty Cure Max Heart The Movie, which came out in the spring, but then they followed it within the year with the Max Heart Movie 2, and from then on released the movies in the winter. They probably realized once they started rebooting continities, that releasing a movie based on a new set of characters that had only been around for ~8 weeks was impossible. The first Pretty Cure Max Heart movie was only "Max Heart" in name, as we'd barely even seen Shiny Luminous transform by that point in the airing of the series. It seemed pretty clear to me that Luminous was also added fairly late in the design process for that movie. So by switching the series based films to be released around episode 40-45, that makes a lot more sense.

I thought about something ... when i saw this episode.
And if the glasse guy ... was really the grand-father of our heroin ? Like the spirit of him ? x_x Imagine he want to protect his granddaughter and her friends ... And one time, in a episode, you have our Oba san who fight and die to protect her too ... And you have the two spirits finally joined ... |

That'd take serious balls for Toei to consider that. Double even, because she used to be a Cure... That's be like killing off a Cure!

Personally i don't think Coupe-sama will have anything to do with tuxedo mask, but still it's a nice theory. It does start a lot of questions appearing though, and i'm surprised the girls weren't more confused about it during this episode. I'm guessing they had to leave that out so it wouldn't destroy the theme of the episode.

HeartCatch Pretty Cure halfway spot reached
As of right now, I've seen the first half of episodes after watching episode 24.
This Pretty Cure is awesome and fleshed with a good storyline for development. Posess likeable and empathetic characters to which I can relate to. Furthermore, Cure Sunshine's introduction delivered the needed edge for Blossom and Marine to reach the stalemate against Dark Precure. I think this incident that happened at the Tree of Hearts will serve as the turning point for the Cure Trio to overwhelm at last Dark Precure towards the later episodes of the series. I'm three episodes behind the current episode rate, so I won't trouble myself with spoiler, however, what I can theorize at this given point is the following: Spoiler:
