Obvious: I made use of my divine godlike powers and willed the sky to stop.

In short: made my own cloudy sky based on one frame and clonetooled, brushed, smudged, erased, blurred etc it to a full cloudy sky.
cut out Ichi from all frames, cleaned him up and stuck him in the sky.
slapped a simple border on it and viola..

I do that alot on gifs where it's possible. it cuts down the size so there's no need or less need to take doen the amount of colors and looks better most of the time imho.
My avatar is also made in the same way.

I think that's a no-no. Pretty much blatantly stealing another person's work and passing it as your own.

id like to make a request. from episode 96. where byakuay is fighting kariya and after byakuya says "then show me this invicibilty of yours." the scene i want is where he fires the petals at kariya and kariya throws his wind barrier and heres where the avy i want comes in. after karyia hits the floor it cuts to byakuya and his hair is blowin in the wind and his neck is bloody. time frame around 3:11-3:12. looped plz. nasa.

i'm not asking to say i did it or any thing its just that i liked the pic and i want it to have my name on it so no one in the forum will take it and comone thats a good pic u can't say its not

This is what I made of the scene. Since hiyori is very small in the scene the quality is not that high I'm afraid.. also, taking Shinji into the gif would've made Hiyori even smaller.. I hope you like it.. let me know if you want anything altered..
There's loads of avatar filespace left for more yelling if you want that
