I don't really know where the rest fall, I'd assume that the first season would rank highly... Max Heart and 5/Gogo probably rank somewhere in the middle... and I'd assume that Splash Star and Fresh would rank pretty low, but I'm honestly not sure. I haven't followed the series that long, so I can't really tell you anything that you don't already know. ^^;

You'll get as many different answers as there are different fans who like different things. I have seen every series considered both the best and the worst by various fans.

It's most likely confirmed since the same designs are on the bags for Doki Doki.

Cellphones again, and top of that similar to the Futari wa Precure ones. Kind of worried about the mascot, I hope it's not another Chiffon, since I think the latter part of Fresh really suffered from what they decided to do with it.

I don't know if it is a rumor or not (since the same person who wrote the names for the cures wrote this) but I heard for voice over wise Cure Heart's VA appeared in Futari wa Precure, Sword's is from Yes Precure 5 (probably including the movie), Rosetta's from Heartcatch, and Diamond is from K-On according to this quote.

If it were true then Kugimiya Rie (appeared in Yes Precure 5 movie), Nazuka Kaori or Nabatame Hitomi (appeared in Futari wa), Shitaya Noriko/Kojima Sachiko (both appeared in Heartcatch)(the 5 I listed here are voice overs I clearly remember appearing in those series), and any VA that does any K-On character has a decent chance of voicing the said cures since for the first three it most likely means voice overs that didn't do cures yet.
