Volume 5 is completely new content and has never been published on the web. The stories supposedly take place in their first summer. And there are swimsuit illustrations. Looks like it's omake. And I don't know when I will read it

Wait! Both student council election and beach are in web 2 which is just right. Mayumi SS though, should be something after web 3, but web 3 hasn't been published in tankobon format yet. They only finished web 2.

LN 5 is a series of short stories which I believe includes the Summer Beach and Presidential Election short stories along with others, so it's likely one which doesn't have a set time period, though it's somewhere within the first two arcs.

I don't recall anyone saying the Mayumi SS was in LN 5. whsie summarized it from the web novel, not the light novel. In the first place, whsie uses the chinese translations for his spoilers, and so far, only the Morisaki SS from LN 5 has been done.

He's not a bad guy, actually. Actually, I find him to be one of the more mature characters. He's a simple person who understands his faults (though admittedly not when you first see him in volume 1). I definitely rate him highly, though to be honest, it's hard to not say that since most of the other male characters are kind of crap bastards of some kind.

Also, I believe Kirahara was the first person who gave off any sort of hint to the Student Council that Tatsuya was in the military.

After the bus incident

where Tatsuya blew away ten magic spells (not to be realized until the Monolith Code Competition), Hattori was being all depressed about how Miyuki is not only more talented than him, but she is also a better magician than him (referring to decision making and poise under pressure).

Kirahara then says that the Shiba siblings are special. Hattori was like, "siblings?" The reason is because Miyuki is obviously talented and while Tatsuya is a great combat magician, his actual magical talent is sh*t (well... that's what Hattori believes).

Kirahara's words implied that the brother is no less inferior to his sister. Kirahara then said, "I believe he did it." Hattori was like "Did it?"Kirahara was like, "I mean kill people. And not just one or two. He killed a lot of people." Hattori didn't believe him, "You're joking." Kirahara then explained that his father is in the navy and that he has seen actual front line soldiers. Unlike themselves, these soldiers were coated in ominous level of killing intent. He then asked if Hattori knew about a certain terrorist incident a few months ago. Hattori says that he has heard about it, but he doesn't know the details. Kirahara then said that he went there for cleanup and saw the brother at the site. Kirahara said that the brother had the same dark, killing aura as the other front line soldiers. When Kirahara saw him there, he wondered how the heck Tatsuya is a high school student.

Hattori then wondered if Tatsuya may have lied about his actual age. However, this is quickly refuted due to current technology and information. After the age issue, Hattori asked if Kirahara saw the sister to which Kirahara said he didn't.

It's possible there are more spoilers, not too sure. Anyways I tried to compile the spoilers together when I combined the Nine-Schools arc summaries. Since then I've done what I can to keep things up to date, so they should be roughly the same, especially since all the people that do spoilers are browsing both forums.

A translation to the best of my ability with g-trans cleaned up for readability.

Mayumi was late for 10 Families business and she had made the bus wait (or rather, everyone waited for her to arrive) for an hour and a half. Tatsuya was given the chore of making sure everyone arrived, so he was waiting out in the sun the whole time. Mayumi who had arrived, came out to apologize to him before he got on his bus.

Spoiler:

“But you're sweating so much... wait, what? You really aren't sweating much.”
“No, well, it's possible to use Magic to dry sweat to this extent. I would be abnormal if I wasn't sweating in the midsummer sun.”
He had used Magic to dissipate the sweat from his skin and clothes.
Tatsuya's magic was a peculiar type of “Decomposition.” It was a subspecies of separation Magic. If one had to classify it, it would be a composite of “Dispersion” and “Dissipation” magic
His ability to use “Dissipation” was rather high.
Probably because of that, he could use magic from that system comparatively skillfully.
“Abnormal...”
Although the words weren't strange, a smile floated to Mayumi's face.
Perhaps it was an effect of the season.
Tatsuya thought her smile was like a sunflower.
Perhaps it was an illusion brought about the sunlight, temperature, and humidity.
… Mayumi's smile instantly changed to her usual mischievous smile.
“By the way, Tatsuya-kun, how is it?”
This is, well... No doubt.
Mayumi was wearing a summer dress.
Holding the wide brim of her hat with both hands, standing a pompous pose. It was difficult to misunderstand what she was asking.

The bold floral-print dress was very becoming of Mayumi.
“Is that so...? Thank you.”
Her somewhat shy tone and joking teasing expression were quite exquisite.
“... It's embarrassing when you compliment me like that. I shouldn't have asked.”
Both hands, fingers twined, with extended in front of her waist. She glanced upwards slightly. This woman 2 years his senior looked like a child.
With her average chest size and short height, between her arms, a slight valley peeked out.
She was doing this on purpose.
“... Honestly”
“...Eh?”
He had completed his task and felt like moving on. It seems his stress had been building.
“Let's go, President. I think it's best to get some rest in the bus.”
--That's what Tatsuya thought.
“Wait, Tatsuya-kun? What did that mean?”

Suzune was pouting, looking at Mayumi angrily as the bus was idling.
“Even if he was called, he escaped quickly.”
Tatsuya had boarded the vehicle for technical staff. Objectively – or rather superficially – it was not to avoid Mayumi.
“I wonder what he was thinking.”
“It was good judgment.”
“Eh, Rin-chan, did you say something just now?”
Suzune had remarked indifferently to Mayumi who still kept complaining.
Though she had a radiant smile, her eyes held no laughter at all. On the surface – just barely – she had a cheerful voice. Suzune's calm expression hadn't broken yet.
“In order to avoid becoming the President's victim, he took an appropriate action.”
“Wha!? That's mean! Aren't you being too harsh!?”
She had declared it seriously, a crack in Mayumi's face appeared.
“There aren't many boys who can endure the President's charming figure. Your face as well is like a strong magic as well.”
“...Um...”
“...”
She had said that with a solemn face. Mayumi was having trouble deciding whether she was being serious or joking around.
--As immature magicians, this was something of a joke to them.
“What's more, Shiba seems to be quite skillful at nullifying another person's magic. Perhaps your face didn't work on him, President.”
Despite not saying anything, Suzune had apparently understood Mayumi thoughts.
“...Rin-chan!”
She finally noticed she had been 100% teased.
“Well, please settle down, President.”
“You're even saying that!?”
Seeing Suzune's serious expression not breaking in the least, Mayumi looked away from her and began to sulk.
She had now turned her whole body away.
“Um, President. Are you feeling bad...?”
An anxious voice spoke up.
“Eh? No, That's not...”
“It seems like Shiba thought you looked tired. It seems it wasn't groundless. It could be you didn't notice... No, that doesn't seem to be the case.”
“Um, Hanzo-kun? Like I said, I'm not feeling bad.”
“We respect your thoughtfulness, but you really should get some rest. You are not a child. If you work too hard now, you'll only hurt your body.”
Hattori had a large, earnest look – He was looking at Mayumi with a look of concern.
With a slightly embarrassed face, she sat down in her seat, though a little roughly. Her thighs peeked from beneath the dress, but her knees were kept closed.
“Where are you looking, Vice President Hattori?”
Called for attention, Hattori began looking at Mayumi's face.
He was trying not to look – but at the same time he had seen it a little.
He had come to her seat because he was worried – But remembering the image that had just jumped into view, Hattori had trouble hiding his panic.
… He felt guilty remembering it, but, despite being serious, he was still a naïve boy.
“Ichihara-senpai!? I didn't see anything...! No, that, President, I wanted to give her a blanket...!”
He was good prey for his upperclassmen.
“Vice President Hattori wishes to lay a blanket on the President? Then please.”
Watching him from her seat, she had consented. Suzune urged him on with her eyes.
Mayumi, reading her intentions, glanced upwards with an embarrassed expression, hiding her breasts with both her hands.
Hattori stood frozen, both hands outstretched holding a blanket.
A heart of Sadism could be seen in Mayumi's eyes.
Just a little bit, Mayumi was looking a little better.

Sorry, been having a few problems.. since my personal motivation's been shot to pieces, and committal motivation died soon after, I've been working off a sense of duty alone for the past few weeks. Which is also fading. So things will probably come out pretty slowly from my end, I'll do what I can but the fire simply isn't there anymore. Or you could point me to a Miyuki centric chapter >_> purely because it would be a change of pace, not favouritism or anything you understand
