Damn this episode was awesome. If Nonon's this ridiculously powerful, I can't imagine how much stronger Uzu has become. Next week also looks to be really good with

Is Senketsu running on Spiral power? Evolution speed is incredible.

Art during the jet-mode went down the drain, though - Ryuko's face looks like Wolf from old Disney cartoons.

Matoi vs Inumuta.
That guy is quite an analyst.
This was a very surprising fight.
Guess we get a double feature in this episode ^^
Jakuzure vs Matoi.
Rushing forward to a new and exciting fight.
Seems this one is much more difficult than one with Inumuta.
Can't wait to see how it'll play out.

I laugh at Inumuta typing all over his body.
Nonon was really cute when she was little and wasn't expecting her uniform to be a flying fortress.
I was expecting a flying form, but not this fast, Senketsu really evolve fast.

Spoiler for Episode 10:

By introducing Inumata and Nonon as Ryuuko's next opponents, the pacing was very fast enough. Both have their own backstory and uniform powers, with the former being all-around badass thanks to his cool uniform (one thing that I find it weird but not what I expected is when he's typing his magical keyboards all over his body) and the latter showing up with her gigantic music machine to provoke the sounds against Ryuuko. She's really sexy when it comes to her battle uniform and the two have such a fatal showdown each other. Next episode will probably put an end on it while we're receiving another Uzu's fight and finally, a gothic lolita opponent!

I like that they don't keep all the fights folliwng the same pattern. Unlike Gamagori Inumata is defeated rather quikly and easily. Ryuko doesn't seem to have tough time fighting Jakuzure either.
Nonon's transformation was really mahou shoujo esque.

But I am getting a bit tired of Ryuko winning fight with pure recklessness. It will probably come back and bite her in an episode or two. Just as I thought several episodes ago it will be Ryuko who gets consumed by Kamui.
Does anyone else notice some similarities between kamui and evangelion?

And I hope there will be major plot development soon. We are almost half-way through the show, it is time to start revealing hidden plans and motives

She already kinda lost a couple of times though. it would've been a drag if she continued to lose.

Anyway, that was an epic episode. Nonon and Satsuki losing there bit of cool at Senketsu's transformation was hilarious. Also, again, the soundtrack is amazing.

Nonon's transformation did not disappoint either. <3

to it seems satsuki is confirming senketsu's level and how far it can evolve before going berserk. I think she is using Ryouko as guinea pig for herself. well she wouldn't want to a weapon without knowing it limits. well teacher said worst-case scenario, I wonder what it is

I loved this episode. It's definitely setting up for a dark twist coming up in another week or two. Senketsu is evolving way too fast and Ryuko's recklessness is going to bite her in the ass before this is all over.

Won't be too much longer before more stuff is revealed.

This episode was outright perfect. Epic in every way, and I LOVED the use of classical music during the Nonon fight. Also the fast pacing was amazing, and the next episode seems to promise big changes. The pattern is absolutely unpredictable at this point.

Inumuta wasn't much to speak of. He's more brains than brawn, I suppose. Nonon, on the other hand, didn't disappoint. Her uniform is a freaking flying fortress full of missiles and stuff. It doesn't get any better than this. Because of these battles, Senkentsu is growing stronger... and more dangerous. If he ever went berserk, it would be a disaster.

The preview is very intriguing. Who could that new girl be and what is her aim? The next episode is probably going to break the current pattern. Major twist incoming.

maybe she is having her sidekicks train themselves against kamuis users as her opponent use them(preview girl) and she herself learns the correct way to use a kamui from a 100% compatible person.

Wow, that episode was just great. Probably my favorite of the series so far. Nonon is just too cool and her seiyuu is really delivering a hell of a performance. After these ten episodes, I think it's safe to say that this show is not just a flash in the pan.

I do wonder, will Satsuki take kindly to Nonon trying to stand higher than her? Something tells me she won't go quite so easy on her "friend" when she loses.

Nonon had some great faces (expressions) this episode. Especially that troll face and the face she had at the end.

Inumuta's fight was alright. His motivation to get data made sense but the bits with him interacting with Gamagori and Mako were gold.

Inumuta's Goku Uniform was pretty simple and stealth-based, but for a guy that specializes in information and computers, it's a style much more suited for him considering he probably doesn't have quite the physical ability to go total toe-to-toe with someone like Ryuko.

Nonon's was surprising, I was expecting something somewhat more feminine but instead we get a giant metal airship-like transformation that uses sound and musical notes as weapons. They certainly hammer in the fact that Nonon is themed around music.~

Nice to see some backstory for the two as well. Nonon and Satsuki go way back till kindergarden. That is certainly quite a lot of a longer time to know each other. And it seems Senketsu evolving so quickly is a bad thing eh? Hmmmm....

Looks like next week is the rematch with Sanageyama and the reveal of a new character, wonder what her significance will be?

Well, Nonon and Inumuta didn't really establish themselves as much as Gomagoori or Sanageyama did in their respective fights. Of course, it's to be expected since they shared an episode for the two of them, cutting their development by maybe half.

Regardless, so much awesome was crammed in a single episode. Inumuta being an ineffectual asshat, the Gomagoori x Mako comedy routine, Jakuzure with her music-themed airship, Satsuki building a skyscraper in her mind... I enjoyed every second of it. Not as thematically strong, but definitely fun.
