First time skipped is when they went to Hokkaido and then the six month time when they returned to the island.

I think the first skip happens after Nagi returns to the shrine and passes out.(Chap 121) 3 days.
After that, we lose "several days" and then the 6 months later trip to Hokkaido.
Still a lot left unexplained-BUT you can't blame it all on time skips.

More like backstory/information skips!
