Well, it could just be Lelouch asking for an audience or with him saying he has a deal to propose.
In any case, this could potentially be the start of the romance sub-plot depending on how the scene with Kallen goes.

This episode is looking like a nice change up, after weeks of Lelouch battling his way out the rut he dug himself into last season, now there's a little time for him to doubt and reflect...before battling some more.
Also looking forward to how Rolo does, his interactions with Lelouch and possibly even Kallen this week will probably decide the character's future. |

Anyway, Lelouch goes emo and possibly moving away from siscon as his motivation to fight Britannia, and Kallen in a mini-skirt. |

Yeah, Kallen in a mini-skirt would serve as ample motivation I guess. Meh, I suppose C.C. and the Order we'll be getting beat down by Suzaku while Kallen goes off and reassures him and gets him back. Rolo will probably do something as well.

I'll admit I barely cared while waiting for last week's episode, but this week has had me on edge, primarily because I want to know how Lelouch will resolve to fight Britannia after all. Actually next week is what I wanna see this week, but we can't have the cake and eat it.
It should be interesting to see if Nunnally finally realized who Zero is or not. If she's smart, she will understand that it's not something she can ask Suzaku about, given what happened on the phone back in California. As for Lelouch, I hope we can get the emo stuff out of the way ASAP. If miniskirts and staring contests with fake brothers are what it takes, so be it. And of course, the big question is where the hell are the OotBK and how can they survive the smackdown from Britannia without having their ace pilot on board her shiny new mech. I expect that Laksharta also brought along those new KMF's for the commanders, otherwise any potential conflict with the KoR just might be a bit one-sided. |

Won't be surprised if it does happen, I feel that meeting will have more substance then the one with Kallen, plus they over advertised it in the extended preview which makes me think they're misleading us. Not that I'll complain, I like Rolo and I'm a C.C fan so two for one for me

To be honest, I don't see how the scene from soaping Lelouch to Kallen coming up to him, to a really, really close examination of Kallen's face, can be done in a 'short time'. It sure as hell can't happen in less than 3 minutes, so that's over 10% of the episode time already. ... Meanwhile, I'm going to watch the Terminator.
