One of those two pseudonym sites says she has done 143 roles, mainly in ero-games.

Kameruka's parallel to Isis and Osiris is interesting, whether intended by the producers or not. It was normal for Pharaohs to marry their sisters, apparently, at least in later times. I know how the words are normally used, but I think Sora is almost purer now that she and Haruka have been together. Her mind is more single, and her affection more complete.

Incest wasn't forbidden at all in Ancient Egypt - in the opposite, it was very commonly practiced in the ruler dynasty. Thus, the relationship between Isis and Osiris was anything but a forbidden romance, it was very common and nothing out of the ordinary.

--- Iinchou runaway from the scene. Nao also leaves with disappointed look. Haru all shocked. But Sora's reaction is more surprising as she doesn't care of what happened.
---Next day, Sora again with her "doesn't care of the world" attitude with Haru doesn't want to go to school fearing the worst. They still went to school afterwards.
---Haru is welcomed with Red eyes Iinchou, then afterwards they talked with Iinchou confessing to Haru but disgusted with yesterday's scene.
---Haru talked to Nao, with Nao tells him that she figured out what they've been doing this past days. Haru then telling her how he loves Sora from their childhood until now. How he can't stop his feelings to Sora but realizes it's wrong that's why he forced himself to love Nao. Then apologizing for all of that.
---Back home, Haru still depressed and confused, Sora still into incest asking him to kiss her, Haru then rapes (and I mean almost rape) Sora but Sora said she doesn't care if he mess her up. Haru shocked and in tears tell her to stop all the incest. Sora of course resists but gets slapped by Haru. (This is very intense)
---Next day, Haru tells Sora he got a mail (this part I don't understand) from their uncle. Haru wanted a separation. ? Sora again angry.
---They skipped school. In bed Sora tells Haru she loves her.
---Haru woke up with Sora gone. Haru panicked after reading a mail. He dashed in his bike almost hitting Nao.
---Nao and Haru search for Sora in whole town. Nao then remembered Sora saying something. They continue searching.
---Haru remembered about the Lake at the back of the shrine story about reincarnation. He went in the shrine and remembered about Akira and their childhood.
---Haru saw Sora in lake. Both drown themselves. But survives, probably Sora saved Haru cause she's the one who's awake.
---Haru and Sora confessing each other. Warm themselves with their bodies. Thinking of eloping I think.
---Next days, the gang minus the twins talked about the twins.
---Iinchou doesn't understand how can the twins be happy, Nao answered "You can't stop your feelings no matter who you love. That's why I want to believe they can be happy". Iinchou says feelings are not enough. And cries with broken-heart. *_*
---Sora and Haru then shown in train, with Sora licking and kissing the pretzel on Haru's lips. Escaped with incest.

Well, it was fun. 9/10.

At first, I was hoping for and expecting a great melodrama type of story like SchoolDays (No, I'm not talking about the end of the anime), but I was disappointed that the anime was going to be omnibus format.
As a result of that, the story for every character felt fast and incomplete.

But... But!
It was still "fun". I mean, as in, hilarious. Yeah, I realized half-way through that you can't take this anime seriously. The randoms sex-scenes at the end, slapped on, convinced me.
And no, it did not support the story. If it moved the story like SD, maybe yes, but half the time in this, it doesn't do anything. It is nice that in Nao's and Sora's route, there was more involvement in the story though, but at that time, it was more "hilarious" than serious thanks to our wonderful pimp Haru! That boy

And Sora was cute (to be honest, in her route, she was a bit............ Mm...).

I feel so bad for Iinchou ;_; she has a good point on her talk. I only can expect some cheer up for her. Oh, and Nao was very mature enough to make me see the others like obssesed brats with sex and then caught me in surprise when Iinchou was the one who ended affected the most ;_; (oh, my eyes are red, why I'm crying Iinchou?).

At the end, as many suspected, it was "happy" end for the twins on the IncesTrain of forbiden love (Traincest?) <_<... oh wait, I'm sure I heard that tittle somewhere before .

At the end the story as portrayed in the anime (didn't played the VN) can be take that serious, some times the sex scenes are part of the situation and but the others feel unnecesary and make the series hilarious, I think it can be a positive aspect for the series? ... No, I don't think so.

I like the random sex scenes, when most H-Game Adaptations skip out on that without giving us an H-OVA. It was nice thing to include this in the adaptations.

So ends one of the best shows of the year.

Subtle, complex, emotionally intense, with many good characters. The speed of the story-telling worked for me, even if I had to scramble at times for my feelings to catch up to the action.

The sex scenes and the sexiness of Sora were amazing. Great drawing, especially of Sora's various postures. This show raises the bar yet again: will future ero-game adaptations have to include some actual sex?

I loved it that we can see that the future is not uniformly bright. Sora's desperate love and fear and jealousy will continue to be a problem, for her and for Haru, much as he loves her. In fact, I think I would have been satisfied even with a bad ending. Is everything after they sink into the weeds a dream?

The blank between sinking into the weeds and being up on shore was a bit too much. Who dragged whom up? Did their bodies naturally float up? Could sickly Sora actually have saved strapping Haru? Not that I mind, but it was a bit hard to credit.

I sympathize with Iinchou, too, but only up to a point: she shouldn't have opened that door. It was good that they showed us more of her motivation, that it was much more personal than as iinchou.

It's interesting to note how differently two shows -- Yosuga no Sora and Shinryaku Ika Musume -- have been received in Japan and overseas. Yosuga is fairly popular on 2channel, with 33,500 posts. Ika Musume, however, has over 91,000. On AnimeSuki, however, the proportions are reversed: 1900 for Yosuga and 700 for Ika Musume. Perhaps the sex is more welcome overseas -- and perhaps also the more serious story accompanying it.

Well, some of us are just tired of H-Game Adaptations not having the H in the adaptation. We are not asking for full blown scenes but a softcore one like the one presented in YnS was a refreshing change.

I concur. Including sex scenes was a nice touch. None of them were vulgar and they didn't take away anything from the plot (you could argue they didn't add anything either, which is indeed true for most of them), so I didn't mind them at all. I think they just did it to please the fans, and it worked for me (for Sora at least, didn't care about the others).

It's a shame some people couldn't look past the sex scenes.
