Everyone is interested in Tsukune for some reason. At the end of the last chapter. Its been hinted that "Fairy Tale" is interested in him too. And its obvious that the head master pushed foward the scenario in the first place. Giving Tsukune's father the application to the school. I'm willing to bet that the headmaster is also responsible for Tsukune not being accepted into the other schools.

how many times must I repeat it that in the manga, it was a random priest who dropped the flier... sure, it was a recollection of the event by Tsukune's father, but I'm sure that if it was meant to be the Exorcist, he would've been drawn in that scene... it was the headmaster in the anime only

I think for the Headmaster, it was just a lucky coincidence that Tsukune came to the Academy, and then when he found out Tsukune had interest in Moka, as well as having received her blood that he put his plans into motion

EDIT: After looking at the trans... HUZZAH!!! Expect major nosebleeds and drooling by all Moka fans in the upcoming days... Tsukune, you better take her up on that offer! (not only for the fanservice (actually, is fanservice the right word?), but you need training by one who knows what she's doing)

Its too much of a coincidence if you ask me. Everything is too orchastrated. Why would a "creepy priest" just so happen to walk by a man whos son just so happen to for some strange reason couldn't get into any highschool, with a flier to a school for Youkai's in a human neighborhood. You're being too gullible to think that theres not more to it.
