hmmm, and since everybody has some kinda "project" they are working on these days, figured i'd give myself one... ran across a fanart sketch of Zazie, that i liked, but wasn't in color... so i figured i'd add a little color & re-touch it, and learn some stuff on the way... lets see how i do...

alrighty then.... to give my thread a little bit more attention, even though its calming down a bit... I decided do join the........ YOKO SPAM!!!

and here's my first yoko sig....

actually added some effects to this one... lol... the bg is pretty much a gradiant though...

mmmm, it lost a lot of its quality when i converted it to gif, so here it is in png so u can see the difference...


::EDIT:: also, I cut it into three parts, the main part is saved in jpeg and the two pop out parts are in png... so if & when i use it as a sig, i'll use those, so it doesn't look like crap... rofl i won't post that in this thread though, cuz it would just be useless since i have the png here already... ::EDIT::

Also, i forgot which of you are using gimp.. you or dave.. but making animation is possible with gimp as well ...

If you are using PS.. then window->animation.. then add each file on its own layer and hide each one on different frame.. @_@

@kina: hmmm... gimp u say.... might be dave... unless photoshop.cs is gimp .... anyways, no window/animation tab... least none that i see... though i do have an "edit in imageready" tab, which i am pretty sure is what u use to make gifs animated and such... however, as i said in the avatar request thread, due to a motherboard & hardrive malfunction i was forced to reinstall a lot of things, and some how image ready became corrupt, and i can't use it now...

i did ask my friend if he can get me a copy of his PS(with imageready) so i can reinstall it again... so hopefully soon i'll be able to make some fancy animated stuff.... hmmm is there any other program thats good for making animated stuff?
