They didn't show how they met, nor if she has her memories back.

And that device Gensei is using - he probably already got his hands on Exterior.
And now he is using it to paralyze Misaki's researcher and to brainwash the Sisters.

Sparks of the divine, however, were trapped in this matter and is what brings salvation if you have the right gnosis to unlock it (greek gnosis=knowledge). That's the crux of Aleister's entire plan right there. That is, if Awakening is really not limited to Dark Matter and Accelerator. To me looks like Kamachi is trolling them since rather than making her look like a Fallen Angel(Accelerator) or a Seraph(Kakine), Mikoto looks more like:

Better not jump to making assumptions like that.

Btw, before the Daihasesai started we got a few panels with Kakine and his wings with also the comment of his power going out of control.

The point is that if speculations are true Mikoto didn't awaken by herself. It was forced. There are not proof yet she can reach this level by herself. In another case, Accelerator and Kakine achieved that level by themselves. Come on, when Mikoto showed her awakened form after Daihasei festival? She could awaken with the necessary resources for that.
Of course, it's speculations...
And it is possible that awakening = level 6, right?

Probably a failed attempt. I highly doubt Misaka is going too become a level 6 that isn't in the LN. Feels too big an event otherwise.

Most Likely I just hope that this continues in future arcs as well. I'm curious if this has to do with Mitori's mentioning Mikoto had started to become aware of the darkness of AC and Mitori said: "There's still hope." Does anyone think this might be an extension in terms of power of her ability when she fought in LAC? Granted, the horns are new, but it could be like a level just beyond when

"Aleister's favorite hiding in the shadow of the Main Plan. How about I use her to awaken those sleeping powers?"
Is he referring to Mikoto as "Aleister's favourite"? I thought that was Accelerator.... I wonder if Gensei even knows about Aleister's plans. Or maybe he thinks he does?

Is that Mikoto or Miskai? Misaki is the one who laid the groundwork for exterior albeit unintentionally that is awakening the sleeping powers in Mikoto...
