Looks like in the 16th episode Shu will somehow get reunited with Arugo and (maybe) other members of the Funeral Parlor.

I got feeling that at the end this will be GHQ lead by Gai+Mana VS Funeral Parol lead by Shu+Inori.

Anyway the ed really give me the vibe of who will die or leave Shu side in that's order.
1st is Hare(she was the last one in the ed and yet the first to die).
2nd is Souta
3rd is Yahiro
4th looks to be Kanon
5th and last is Arisa
Could it be possible as a foreshadow?

^I say Die or leave his side. The other one will probally just leave him alone .Let only Inori at his side (and maybe FP) but who know. Then again you can't deny that the ed already become true a some extension.

in my speculation, based on final 2 episode (21-22) most likely will be like this if Shu really turn to the King that his friends and Hare do not want Shu to become... (only if Gai is truly alive...)

Not sure about the ED, but judging from the OP - Shu is really gonna lose everyone except Inori by his side.

Based on web spoiler Kuhoin isn't finished just yet, CMIIW I saw her on the preview, I think it's true Inori(or Mana) only hurt her in someway (yes the biggest possibility is cut her tongue) so the she won't tell anyone about what happen if void destroyed.

I doubt Gai here will be the same of old Gai, he will just like Inori, he won't be have any memory of old Gai. The reason they created Inori is for the vessel of Mana persona, but what is the reason they created Gai?

I think Arisa's tongue getting cut is a bit of a stretch. She could easily just write down whatever she needed to say and show it to someone, or maybe type a message online and mass email it or something. There are just too many possibilities right now, so I'm going to hold all speculations of what happened between Inori and Arisa in that room until after the next episode comes out.
