The way I see turn 7 is that Lelouch was simply looking for something to escape his depression, a source of happiness, if you will. Refrain was an option, going on an ego/power trip was attempted but didn't solve the problem at hand. What this showed was that Lelouch saw having sex with Kallen as a pleasurable thing. Which is purely a sign of attraction.

what are you trying to say? He realizes that he can't fight nunally ( and since his whole rebellion was for nunally...); therefore, he has nothing to lose.

even sheirly's reaction to sayoko kissing her out of the blue wasnt anger

but he turns to drugs before considering more "natural" forms of comfort
but then kallen shows up and suddenly he remembers that he has a labido
