Yuki's voice is too girly already, but well... surprised and wonder very much ever since knowing Noto Mamiko is doing his voice. Her roles I've heard sounds very girl like, even the tougher kind like Kyouko in Diamond Dust or Hazuki in YamiBou.

that hadaka apron, watch that right after reading the same case in Nagasarete Airantou, some bibliomaniac girl in remote island happens to found otaku magazine drifted and used it as a fashion guide ^^;

The eyecatch were done by Mario Kaneda, author of manga GIRLS Bravo.

TV character are WAY uglier than original IMO, is that AIC's skills or what?

Mamiko Noto to be Yukinari's voice is a very good choice, since Yuki's a whimp afterall. No other VAs can suit for that job, since they only uses the same damned tone for that whimp characters, which cracking me up.

yup, I think most of the "break" characters look better than the anime characters, especially the Fukuyama brother and sister. Lisa looks super hot in the "break". But Koyomi is an exception, I don't really like her "break" look.

Apart from that, however, I must say Ep.6 was possibly the most enjoyable so far, for me. I am a bit surprised...

^^ lol, yup, that thought also crossed my mind for a moment... when Kirie shouted YOU LONELY PLAYER, for a split second I thought she was soooo angry because Yukinari never invited her to join his... umm... playing...

but I promptly discarded this thought since it's just sooooooo evil

Yeah, the manga drawing of Fukuyama is much more bishounen, which in my opinion much better than the anime style as it caters better to his (womanizing) personality. However, the manga's seems to be a little bit awkward as some of the drawings of characters are out of proportion (eg. arms way too long, or body way to large...etc). Maybe the artist is inexperienced? I don't know...but why are the names in the anime and manga different? (Yukinari is Yukishi, Kirie is Jinny, Miharu is Meiki...).

Anyway, I also found it amusing that Kirie had to resort to English for "lonely player" ... so perhaps they don't have a name for that in Japanese?

Kirie is such a strange character. She has family, but she seems to be practically living at Yukinari's place except when she sleeps at night. You'd think everyone would have noticed this by now, certainly Yukinari, but I guess he is pretty dense when it comes to such things.

If the phrase "time shift" was translated correctly, I guess we have a new explanation for why we don't see Seiren in the sky: It won't be there for thousands of years! Obviously it is an artificial planetoid, probably much smaller than the moon, with a local gravity field. There was a theory recently that the human Y-chromosome was on the verge of dying out because it was now so short, it would not be able to repair itself when damaged by mutations. So men would in the future become more and more scarce. Perhaps this is what will happen on Seiren. ^_^

it would explain why they just have a rather crudely drawn picture in place of an episode preview
another plus for american censorship since they just move the preview from the last episode they cut and put it between two episodes they didn't (DBGT is the most obvious example)

I am so innocent! Or perhaps it is a Japanese thing, like tentacles. I've certainly never thought of it before I saw it on DearS, and even then I thought it was just alien ignorance of human customs. Now I realize why the neighbor girl was so upset. Takeya had magazines too, if I remember correctly... Normally I would have expected this to be a cliffhanger, with Miharu leaving in one episode and returning in the next. Oh well, it's not like anyone believed she would stay away, what with her being one of the main characters. I'd like to see more indication of how long time passed while Miharu was on Seiren. As it is, people would be excused to think it was only a day or so, but I believe all those short scenes were meant to indicate that days passed at least.
