Shouldn't this be counted as a "CR" show? Saizen's sub of ep 13's out, btw.

The anime never reach the manga? What ever happened? I was reading few spoilers in wiki, of the manga. Damn poor Sakuragi. But it seems the manga was cancelled as well?
