So, apparently, there is ANOTHER script, I cannot say for sure if this is for real, just like the previous, but I would rather prefer the previous..

リナリーの元へコムイは駆け出すが､途端激しい衝撃に見舞われるリナリー
胸から腹に､そして足首に痛みが達し､足首から血が噴き出す
足元に広がってゆく血に動揺するコムイ

その時マルコムの傍にアレンが墜落
ｱﾚﾝ｢離れろッ｣
そう叫ぶアレンに向けて､レベル４は右手をかざす
4｢くははははっ　もっともっと♪えくそしすと｣
レベル４の攻撃を剣で受けるアレンだが､やはり押され気味
その剣の柄を神田とラビが掴む
神田｢ふんばりやがれ…っ｣
ﾗﾋﾞ｢今はお前しかいねーんさ…っ｣
三人でレベル４の攻撃を必死に受け止める

I have finally read the manga chapter, and it goes accordingly to what Fynal_Fyre posted.

Spoiler for Chapter 153 synopsis:

Lenalee drinks the liquid form of her innocence as if it is freshwater. Right upon this her body immediately starts to give off spams and then convulses much to Komui's dismay and Rouvellier's astonishment.

Komui goes where Lenalee is to comfort her sister, then suddenly blood-like substance bursts from her ankles. Rouvellier has a tough time at processing in his mind the ocurrence he has just witnessed, when a blast impacts the floor.

Allen emerges from the crater, and although he doesn't look as if he's in bad shape, he shouts for everyone to run away. Level 4 shoots a human-sized fireball at him, but he tries to deflect it away with the Sword of Exorcism.

Just as Allen is about to give in due to the pressure of the shockwave, both Lavi and Kanda stepped in. They hold on the hilt of the sword along with Allen, as all three of them push from the sword's handle with all their might to cut through the fireball.

A big explosion ensues, but, fortunately, Lenalee and Komui were shielded by Hevlaska's body.

There's a sort of lenghty explanation going from Hevlaska to both Komui and Rouvellier, explaining the phenomenon that happened to Lenalee.

The blood-like substance spewed from Lenalee's ankles takes the form of a black, headless angel and approaches her. Lenalee smiles upon seeing it and accepts the covenant, thus fullfilling again her contract with her Innocence.
The Innocence approves of Lenalee's reason to have become an Exorcist and envelops her legs, thus giving birth to the revival of Lenalee's new "Dark Boots" Innocence.

Observations made on this chapter.

Spoiler:

It is possible that just like Allen before her Lenalee previously was wearing her Innocence in an underdeveloped, raw state.

When Allen resurrected his Innocence, and thus earning the "Crown Clown", Bak came to the conclusion that before that, Allen's Innocence was in an unstable form.
After his Innocence resurrection, it evolved into its true form that is the "Crown Clown".

Maybe the same phenomenon ocurred with Lenalee, perhaps? I would like to be certain that, indeed, it happened. Her innocence evolving and resurrecting into its true form just like Allen's Crown Clown.

The second thing I notice is that Lenalees' stigmata that were left on her ankles bear an uncanny resemblance in both shape and form to that of the Noahs, who all have them carved on their foreheads.

Does the mangaka is hinting at some twist for Lenalee? or that is just pure coincidence?

Well if it turns into a parasitic type, it's possible for it to react like Krory's where it replaced his teeth.

That cross on Lenalee's leg looked like that one on Allen's arm, or the Noah's marks. and Kanda actually helping Allen was enough me go

But the main event was Lenalee, who's sporting some new shoes *-* I can't wait to see her kick some serious butt with those >:3

I believe that Lenalee's Innocence is a semi-parasitic one. It mixed itself with her blood, but it does not stay inside her, unlike Allen's. The boots have manifested on her feet.

On another note, Allen seemed to be fully aware of his surroundings, unlike in the previous chapter. And yes, the 3 guys holding the sword together = win.

I believe you're hypothesis has been confirmed.

Both Komui and Hevlaska observed that after drinking the Innocence it bled from Lenalees' ankles to its own will.

However, it took with it some portion of Lenalee's blood that mixed with it, thus resurrecting into a new pair of "Dark Boots" enveloping on Lenalees' legs.

I think that Lenalee's Innocence evolved into a sub-variant of a Parasitic-type.
1. That is formed or made with whatever part of an Exorcist's body- let it be skin, muscle, bone, body fluids, or blood- but possessing the practical advantage at being used or worn outside the body like an Equipment-type.

I suspect that this is only the most basic look of her new boots. I expect it to look better as Lenalee uses it, just like Allen with CC.

I actually initially thought it was just a equipment type all over again, with the blood it used to form itself just a symbol of the pact between Lenalee and her Innocence.

However, I'd be more inclined to believe it's semi-parasitic, as Hevlaska had indeed stated before it was changing it's classification
