I have to rewatch this because at my place the finger tapping was definetely not in rythm/synch with the music which leads to the only option left, finger tapping with boredeom.

Definitely not boredom, Kyon just has a bad sense of rhythm lol

lol! I didn't really expect such an easy transaction.

Even if Kyon isn't good with music or if he's not a music person, he would still be attracted to bunny girl Haruhi lol

I don't know, if i were in Kyon's shoes, i'll be finger tapping wanting for the song to end so that she stop being the center of attention because I'd be ashamed of seeing her here like that.
So it'd be "COME ON END THIS ALREADY"+finger tapping.

Luckily i'm not an anime character. That'd be boring ahahah.

Well, real world singers wear skimpily while performing on stage and sometimes they don't even have the voice or the figure lol

Haruhi has the voice and a perfect figure to flaunt, so there's nothing to be ashamed of.

He was actually tapping to the beat of the snare drum.

Yeah Kyon was definitely on rhythm with the finger-tapping.

Oh, guess my fellow Haruhi-ists jumped to answer before I had a chance to .

The amazing background detail in Haruhi never ceases to amaze me.

I give this episode a 10 but reasoning out why comes out later, I'm too bored.

[QUOTE=katakami]Suzumiya Haruhi... is my favourite bunny girl so far. ^^;; before it was Haruka from FLCL... ^^;; I thought THAT was cool. lol![/QUOTE/]i'd say Haruhi is the best bunny girl for me too. Even better than Mikuru.

Mikuru looks great in all her cosplays, but Haruhi looked best as a bunny girl and Tsuruya looked best as a waitress. Mikuru looks best as the Battle Waitress though, I don't see any other girl looking better in that costume.

As would be expected from KyoAni, they obviously did some research instead of just drawing generic instruments for the band. So I have to think that the model of guitar Yuki is playing must be a deliberate pun, since it sure looks a lot like a Gibson SG "Goddess" to me. Although I guess it would have been more appropriate for Haruhi to be playing one of those....

"Goddess" suits Yuki better since that's what Kyon refers to Nagato as throughout the novels - the Reliable Goddess. Haruhi on the other hand transcends the level of God.

If you know a reason to tap fingers other than music or impatience/boredom please let me know.

1) I think its pretty clear that Kyon was responding to the music as much as he could permit himself to. This was a side of Suzumiya he had completely missed or shut out.

Actually.... has Kyon called Suzumiya anything but her last name yet?

2) Nagato the Reliable Goddess ..... sounds like a kami I could throw some coinage to.

3) Good eye on the guitar there, Furudanuki ---- this is becoming one of those rare shows that might need a "cultural reference guide" like Animaniacs. I'm going to compare the ENOZ girls to the ZONE ladies when I get a chance later to see if there's something beyond a generic resemblance.
