Another great episode.

At first there was the Big Bang - the Famicon! Seriously, it almost felt like TWGOK, where else have I heard a character preaching about the evolution of game consoles?

What lies outside the shell? Riajuu! So true

Kon-trol, Kon-sumer, Kon-vention, Kon-pact, Kon-struction, Kon-verter, Kon-plete and Kon-viction, one day those words will be found in a dictionary

A temple called Akihabara with 48 temple maidens, just lol

What an epic escape, Sainglain sure planned it all out

ED is coming back next episode! More DT & ED interaction!

Oh my god, this episode. XDDDD I'm not even a gamer but I had to rewatch Kon's speech about The Beginning of Times three times... XDDDDD And the great unknown that lies outside our scope of comprehension? RIAJUU! But of course. XD;;;; god, I was crying XDDDDDD Wiiiiiiii! xDDDDDD

And the 48 priestesses, oh my god why XDDD

(Also: poor Pet. XDDDD )

think one strong points of this series is that, it's able to create a character that's just sooo Japanese Gamer. He's loud, nerdy, cowardice, and loves to ramble about gaming stuff (while being accurate as well). The juxtaposition between him and the rest of the world is so hilarious to watch. This episode is the perfect example between the different ways of thinking between the two parties, and how much the trio got so used to his "weird" ways of talking.

Erm if he was god, he should have already take the chance to lose his DT. He could have had anyone he wanted.....

I mean the first thing I would do is to do choose my concubine for the day. Lol....

Speaking personally, I understand his position.

I once worked within a city block from a brothel. I park there because frankly, no one who actually visits the brothel would park in front of it. This means it is always the last spot to fill up.

Occasionally I thought about actually just walking in there after work. But always, I decided against it. There is just no point losing one's DT just for the sake of it. I still have pride as a human being.

If Bimbougani Ga was the crazy gag show of last season, and Haiyore Nyaruko San it's counter part the season before that, then Ixion Saga is the crazy show of Autumn 2012. Here's to hoping that winter produces another batch of comedy gag shows of the same caliber, or even better!

10/10 for this episode.

Not sure if FX refers to PC-FX, released in 1994. It was a 5th generation console, same as PS and Saturn.

I wonder how long that Construction took... The princess is still a loli (and they all wear the same clothes), so it couldn't have taken more than a couple of years...

P.S. Since the game is only 50 years into the future, you must be able to visit that Akiba-land, and hear the tenets of Konpika-sama's teachings, right?
