Okay, I've got a good question. I hope it has not already been asked, because then I will feel foolish.
What exactly is the meaning behind the various "prefixes" (for lack of a more accurate term) for the royalty's name? Such as Lelouch Vi Britannia, or the others: Charles Di Britannia Schneizel El Britannia Cornelia Li Britannia If anyone knows what they mean and why they are different, I would be grateful.

Maybe it's based upon the line for the throne, or maybe gender, too. I have no idea. At this point, it could be something that was completely made up for all I know.

The word "Lamperouge" never even appeared in that conversation. The only places "Lamperouge" ever appeared in canon material (including anime, Picture Drama, and Sound Episodes) are Lelouch or Nunnally saying, "I'm Lelouch/Nunnally Lamperouge." And that's it. Nobody ever said anything about where that name came from. |

According to Episode 15, it takes a the second level of Geass (appearing in both eyes) to be able to take the Code from an immortal. Charles and Mao are the only people we've seen, aside from C.C., to have had that level of Geass. With Mao's being, likely, the most quickly evolved of everyone we've known. So Lelouch, but the Episode's own definition, would not have been able to take the Code.
