Woot, 6-tails can actually withstand a Shinra Tensei, Kenpachi style! Looks like the Hinata healing was a fake after all, but it doesn't matter much atm...
Very good chapter, seeing Pain in a bind was fun, although it didn't last long, now I'm rooting for a Yamato sacrifice to return Naruto back to normal, but I wonder where kabuto fits in this story (assuming he hasn't been completely consumed by Orochimaru's power, this would be a bad time for Oro's come back...)

There's also a chance that Kabuto integrated Orochimaru and mastered his powers, becoming a totally different person from him, with new goals (who knows, maybe he now wants to get accepted by Konoha and needs Naruto's help for it and whatnot).

A seal Yamato and Kakashi put on Naruto. It was supposed to suppress the Kyuubi chakra thanks to the necklace. Which is why it disappeared when the necklace got destroyed.

It's possible. Either Itachi's sword returned to the ether from whence it came, or it was given to Sasuke (or somehow Naruto). If it is out in the ether, then Kabutomaru could conceivably find the sword and release Orochimaru. And, since Kabutomaru already wants to kill Sasuke, if the sword is with Sasuke, then we could be reintroduced to their fight (letting Naruto take a break after defeating Pain, and letting Sasuke master his MS while batlling Kabutomaru).

Or, Kabutomaru could have simply stopped caring about the Orochimaru sealed away, and decided to become his own entity.

Why did Tsunade send Yamato and the other to search for Kabuto when Pain was about to attack (not to mention Lees group)???

good chapter but rock in ya face must make kb happy thou the ammount of destruction that chackra ball would have caused would have enourmous as it was what 5 or 10 times bigger then when 4tails used it was for everyones good that rock in ya face happened and that 6 tails didnt manage to compress it and fire it.
