The narrator is pretty awkward. I'm almost embarrassed to listen to him, even when no one else is present. By far, the worst performers are Ky and Sol, though. They go from having no inflection at all, to comically exaggerating their inflection beyond belief. It doesn't help that the script seems to be horribly written either.

Ky: Your sin is beyond the grace of God!
Sol: God? I don't want to have anything with him! *heh* (Yes, that's what he says word for word)
Ky: ... Shut up!

I like Funimations dubs, but I didn't really like the dub to D Gray Man.

Fairy Tail in French dub. Some characters, like Lucy and Happy, have their voice which didn't match with the Japanese version. Another worst anime dub that I ever watched was the first french dub version of One Piece.

I tried switching between the English and Japanese tracks during a conversation between Haruka and Ai and couldn't listen to it for more than a minute or two. Even worse was the attempted representation of a Kansai-ben accent for the world's most glamorous particle physicist, Uchida Ryoko. She sounded like she had just left an afternoon tea party in Birmingham, Alabama.

I generally find most English dubs unpleasant, but the one for Noein is, as sothis puts it, "unbearable."

Polish dub of Digimon. You can see them in Youtube. At least it still following the original Japanese scripts and retaining Japanese OSTs.

Ah, yes. The Finnish Digimon was a bad one indeed (with the exception of the song by Werne that is much superior to the original Japanese). Actually, all old Finnish and Swedish dubs are terrible with the exception of Moomin. Swedish Cobra and Sailor Moon...

Anyone saw a horrible American Dragon Ball Z dub because Goku's and Vegeta's voices didn't fit to the original Japanese audio ?

The Tagalog dub of Code Geass and Suzumiya Haruhi was terrible in my opinion.

My friend recently reminded me of an old dub (4 ish years ago) of Naruto that my other friend bought by accident. Instead of "Sharingan" it was, "Making Ringan!"

Several days ago, I saw the commercial for the a french version for the first volume of Inu X Boku Secret Service and Ririchiyo's voice really sucks compared to the Japanese version.

Remembering the Finnish Digimon was like the guy had probably drank up so much vodka in the ADR room. Times have changed in Finland, however, with better VAs.

I watched several abridged dubs and it sounds ho-rri-bad ! The worst of them was Samurai X : Abridged when Sam the Greek voice Kenshin and Tomoe in terrible tones of variation.

Speaking of Sailormoon, Filipino brothers (and sisters) she's back with new dubbers ** hitting the wall.

Back on the topic, I give a fair judgement in Filipino dubbers, they may not be able to match the originals but they manage to preserve or at least capture the right about emotion/character that is unique for the specific character they're trying portrait.
