This sounds a lot like Dangu (manhwa).

bout guy coming back to his home town with his mother to open up noodle shop but meets his childhood friend who has this nerdy guy bf anyways things change when they fell in pond body swap now they doing everything figure out how it happen but before to long guy in girls body is dying he was ready to accept it in her body in meaning she live on his own they run away they body swap she dies.......

any ideas?

nope and couldn't find her in the list.. she was really similar to this: http://www.anime-planet.com/characters/iinchou i've had 2 pictures of this anime but i lost them due to hd crash, and in this picture there was this girl with other 2 girls (one with pink long hair i believe) all of them standing on a door of this hot springs house or whatever it was, and another picture of her wearing a green light kimono . I'm sure her name was starting with the letter "c" chi-something but i may be wrong.
