Biggest problem; that law would have to be voted by congress, right ? A law like this one would never pass...

CIA organised fake vaccination drive to get Osama bin Laden's family DNA

"The CIA organised a fake vaccination programme in the town where it believed Osama
bin Laden was hiding in an elaborate attempt to obtain DNA from the fugitive al-Qaida
leader's family, a Guardian investigation has found.

As part of extensive preparations for the raid that killed Bin Laden in May, CIA agents
recruited a senior Pakistani doctor to organise the vaccine drive in Abbottabad, even
starting the "project" in a poorer part of town to make it look more authentic, according
to Pakistani and US officials and local residents.

The doctor, Shakil Afridi, has since been arrested by the Inter-Services Intelligence
agency (ISI) for co-operating with American intelligence agents."

On the term, I do believe that to be a eunuch, the balls have to go along with the stick. At least, the fellow won't lack testosterone..

China gets first IMF top executive post

Quote:
WASHINGTON (MarketWatch) — China is going to receive its first deputy managing director role on the International Monetary Fund in a move that’s a recognition of the fast-growing and increasingly influential nation on the world stage.

International Monetary Fund Managing Director Christine Lagarde has proposed making Min Zhu, a special adviser to the managing director, as a deputy managing director. The move helps fulfill Lagarde’s campaign pledge to give emerging markets more power at the Washington-based institution.

Zhu was previously deputy governor of the People’s Bank of China.

“Min Zhu brings a wealth of experience in government, international policy making and financial markets, strong managerial and communication skills as well as an institutional understanding of the Fund, and I look forward to his counsel,” Lagarde said

Critics say China and other emerging nations should have greater voting power at the IMF, particularly at the expense of Europe.

Lagarde also proposed naming David Lipton as first deputy managing director, replacing John Lipsky who retires on Aug. 31.

Lipton, like Lipsky, is an American and serves as senior director for international economic affairs at the U.S. National Economic Council and U.S. National Security Council at the White House. He’s also formerly head of global country risk management at Citi.

“David will bring deep experience, personal integrity and a longstanding commitment to public service to the position, and is held in high regard by the international economic policy community,” said U.S. Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner in a statement.
Lovely. If the world economy isn't in the hands of the capitalist blue, it would be in the hands of the "collectivist" red. And both of them are as equally corrupt.

Genius move bitch - what a nice patronage.

Pregnant 19 year-old woman drinks 32 units a week
Quote:
A pregnant 19-year-old who goes out drinking five nights a week says she pretends she has morning sickness when she is so hungover she is sick.

Holly Piggott, who drinks up to 32 units every week - the recommended number of units for women who aren't pregnant is 14 - says she is worried her friends will think she's 'boring' if she stops going out.

The five-month-pregnant mum-to-be told Closer: 'I'm not an idiot, I know I might be doing my baby harm.'
But to defend herself, the Waltham Abbey, Essex resident says: 'I'm young and I don't feel ready to stop my life.
'I'm trying to get the most out of it while I can. When I don't fit into my size 12 dresses, I'll stop.'

Damn yanderes. At least the anime versions don't take it out on the one they love, usually.
