I have uinstalled all codecs, and then installed the ffdshow-alpha codec, but it's still not working correctly

Gspot says that I don't have the right codec installed and shows this:
4cc: DIV3/DIV4 name: DivX 3 Fast-Motion

I got a 1900XP 512MB RAM, Geforce4 4400 and Win XP SP1

What can I do??

using Gspot, have you tried to disable the 'faulty' codec and let it choose the next workable codec to run? i did so for my codec problem when it produced only sound and no graphics...
