Maybe so, but he was also pretty beaten up and bloody beforehand. I would think that if he was in a healthy state, he probably wouldn't have knocked out by the giant wave of Telesma that would have destroyed most of Eurasia.

Damn vol20's prologue was amazing, feels like a small Academy City could singlehandedly take on the entire science side of the world with complete ease. It's really funny how this city was created by a magician, wonder how he came up with or directed the innovations for such futuristic tech

well if he took Index wherever he goes Anglican church wouldn't let her stay with him. he most probably need their permission. they said they can't let index roam freely. they even let her stay with Touma because of remote control

By asking for the knowledge she possess, he's also bringing her to the spot light which would also make her a target and all things fall to pieces like a domino eff or hell with be furhter let lose...
So far the NT volumes been giving us the vibe that it's rapidly heading for the path of darkness...
In the earlier part, almost only with Accel as main focus does the story turned grim but now...

They are the type that will go to the underworld to catch their very own Maou to dissect. They won't sell their soul to a devil to get one. I think that a winged accel can go against an angel. He faced Gabriel in normal mode and he manage to survived.

Supposibly but the details behind his White Wings are really fuzzy as in what they can do. He acquired them after healing LO with Index's Song so it could be that.
He managed to stop a Telesma shot ment to destroy the entirity of Europe and Asia with White Wings but that knocked him out of it. And we havn't seen them since. We've seen Black Wings make a return but not White.
